Helpful, easy sign up and great service. I had an abscess in my tooth and with the holidays couldn’t get into a dentist for over a week and was in severe pain and the infection getting worse. Sign up was quick and easy and I got a response almost immediately. I described my condition and they had a doctor call me back in 90 minutes and run through my symptoms. I can now enjoy the holidays as my tooth is healing and I’ll see my dentist next week and they can take care of as infection will be gone. Perfect service as urgent care would have cost me hundreds of dollars for same result.

Be careful, this is a subscription service! We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.

Fantastic service!! This is a very effective, fast and simple process. I was very hesitant and reluctant to use a service as I thought it may be a scam. I had an excruciatingly painful… I had an excruciatingly painful toothache and I couldn’t even get outta bed. So I decided to try this for the first time and I was very impressed, I must say. I talked to the doctor within the hour of starting this whole process and he was so very polite and helpful, as was everyone I spoke with. The doctor said he was going to call in my prescription right away, and seemed so genuinely empathetic. Well he did call it in right away and I was feeling so much better by the next day.
