They hooked me up and made me feel comfortable about their service. The rep Adrian was very friendly and helpful, she was genuinely concerned about me getting help. GBBe careful, this is a subscription service! We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.

GBAbscess tooth dilemma Chatted on website, they called. too expensive, gave me great discount! Doctor called in less then 10 minutes. Listened very well, prescribed antibiotics for abscess tooth. Whole process was very easy! Definitely recommend!
