I paid 39.99 per month for for the service, and when I decide to cancel because they can not perform blood test, the company ask me to pay for another 30 dollars for cancel fee which was never mentioned anywhere I sign in. Also, after I cancel the service, they disabled my dash board before 1 month due day. Stay away from them!!!

Literally called the same morning… Literally called the same morning following use of services at 2 am. Unsatisfied with their service and requested to cancel. The told me I couldnt cancel, so I cancelled my card. You can't force me to keep a service I dont want. A month later when payment didn't go through I start getting harrassed and threatened to be sent to collections. SCAM

Be careful, this is a subscription service! We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.

Fast and reliable! Had bad sinus infection. I've had them before. Spoke to caring Dr. who prescribed antibiotic and nasal spray. Very happy with service. Renewed my 2nd year

Skeptical at 1st... They're legit! I was a little skeptical at first with this service. The first initial call was fairly quick, and prices are similar to my area as well. Then after calling the network, I started to feel a little more comfortable. The doctor called me back in less time than estimated, and was 1000 times faster than sitting in a room waiting. But honestly, it wasn't until I called my pharmacy to confirm my prescription was sent that I knew this is legit. I'd recommend these guys if you want to go the telehealth way. And if ever needed I'd use them again.
