Waited far too long than I’m accustomed… Waited far too long than I’m accustomed to in the 20 years I’ve been a patient in this office. There were very few patients before me yet it took almost an hour before my X-rays were done. I was told by the X-ray tech that there was another person in the office qualified to do X-rays so why the wait? This visit took 2 hours, normally I’m in and out with a routine cleaning in 60+ minutes.

Lack of choices with treatment plan as… Lack of choices with treatment plan as the denial was a result of improper documentation given to the underwriter. It was as they were in the tooth extraction business instead of saving of teeth business I changed dentist provider and had no problem in getting approval for two crowns with same insurance resulting in me saving my teeth. In another instance they charged me $500 at the last minute for a bone graft when it could have been covered. Poor service.

The Orthodontist is very very… The Orthodontist is very very rude and has no patience. He truly doesn’t know how to talk to people and depending on what insurance you carry is the treatment that you receive. The other staff are not as bad, however the customer service really sucks as well. Will not be getting anymore services from this place if business after my child is done with treatment.And no I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

August 1st August 1st, 2019 Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office, Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.
