Run! I will publish this twice since I have twins. Honestly, I wish I could zero stars. The facility looks gross and the woman dentist does not speak to clients. She does not look at you, let alone explain what she is finding/doing. Felt bad that I took my kids here. Next open enrollment I am changing dentist even if I have to pay out of pocket I am not coming here.

I have never experienced such rudeness I have never experienced such rudeness. 1st day there wrong pano up and when I said something the assistant kept saying have a seat. I'm an adult not a little kid and once everything explained Dr said we needed a clearance, it took over a month to have Dr. look at the clearance which was done within a week. Not to mention I called several times and got the run around and couldn't explain things to me. Finall, Dr spoke to me, was abrupt EXTREMEMLY bad and rude experience ever! From Drs to assistant!

Horrible customer service My dentist is Great it’s the gather that the problem. I called 7 times to date to confirm my balance because they did not send to my dental part after medical paid l. Still no call no information. All I know is about to f I get any type of Collection notice because you guys failed me to contact me it’s going to be a media issue seriously.

What a rip off with a Dr Chemburkar What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth. Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.

Waited far too long than I’m accustomed… Waited far too long than I’m accustomed to in the 20 years I’ve been a patient in this office. There were very few patients before me yet it took almost an hour before my X-rays were done. I was told by the X-ray tech that there was another person in the office qualified to do X-rays so why the wait? This visit took 2 hours, normally I’m in and out with a routine cleaning in 60+ minutes.
