TERRIBLE PLACE!~ They are only worried about PROFIT They are only worried about PROFIT, not about patients. They refused to clean my teeth because I did not want an X-Ray. I may have CANCER and I want to reduce to the minimum the radiation to my body. They did not accept my reasons and I felt DISCRIMINATED by their profit GREED.

Very friendly staff Very friendly staff, knowledgeable. Loved the fact that I was in and out of the surgery/procedure in less than 15 minutes. I had four teeth extracted. The doctor was great, professional, to the point. Everything down to the follow-up, prescriptions and after care instructions were precise and very helpful. Thank you, will definitely recommend!!

Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.

Always a great experience never really… Always a great experience never really wait thatb ong but than again im always there before my appointment time n come 1-2 times a year for myself n for my son who comes once a year for his teeth cleaning...dr gaines has been our dr for years...love the staff n her!!!! Avoid at all cost Avoid at all cost! Outrageously bad service. I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. I finally managed to schedule one a month in advance. I called them the previous day to confirm only to find out that they've cancelled my appointment. They didn't even bother calling me! Now it's back to the waiting game trying to get another appointment. The worst part is that this is a "consultation" appointment only because they refuse to schedule my cleaning without a "consultation". If I didn't have to wait for an extra 3 months to get on a new DMO list for a new dentist, I would have already moved.
