Very friendly staff Very friendly staff, knowledgeable. Loved the fact that I was in and out of the surgery/procedure in less than 15 minutes. I had four teeth extracted. The doctor was great, professional, to the point. Everything down to the follow-up, prescriptions and after care instructions were precise and very helpful. Thank you, will definitely recommend!!

Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.

Always a great experience never really… Always a great experience never really wait thatb ong but than again im always there before my appointment time n come 1-2 times a year for myself n for my son who comes once a year for his teeth cleaning...dr gaines has been our dr for years...love the staff n her!!!! The Orthodontist is very very… The Orthodontist is very very rude and has no patience. He truly doesn’t know how to talk to people and depending on what insurance you carry is the treatment that you receive. The other staff are not as bad, however the customer service really sucks as well. Will not be getting anymore services from this place if business after my child is done with treatment.And no I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

What a rip off with a Dr Chemburkar What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth. Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.
