GBLack of choices with treatment plan as… Lack of choices with treatment plan as the denial was a result of improper documentation given to the underwriter. It was as they were in the tooth extraction business instead of saving of teeth business I changed dentist provider and had no problem in getting approval for two crowns with same insurance resulting in me saving my teeth. In another instance they charged me $500 at the last minute for a bone graft when it could have been covered. Poor service.

GBunorganized place I keep receiving patient call and emails that address other patients. I have updated my information numerous times and they still keep sending emails and leaving messages on my phone. I'm pretty sure that's breaking some kind of law

GBTERRIBLE PLACE!~ They are only worried about PROFIT They are only worried about PROFIT, not about patients. They refused to clean my teeth because I did not want an X-Ray. I may have CANCER and I want to reduce to the minimum the radiation to my body. They did not accept my reasons and I felt DISCRIMINATED by their profit GREED.

GBWhat a rip off with a Dr Chemburkar What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth. Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.

GBAvoid at all cost Avoid at all cost! Outrageously bad service. I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. I finally managed to schedule one a month in advance. I called them the previous day to confirm only to find out that they've cancelled my appointment. They didn't even bother calling me! Now it's back to the waiting game trying to get another appointment. The worst part is that this is a "consultation" appointment only because they refuse to schedule my cleaning without a "consultation". If I didn't have to wait for an extra 3 months to get on a new DMO list for a new dentist, I would have already moved.
