August 1st August 1st, 2019 Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office, Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). I have never experienced such rudeness I have never experienced such rudeness. 1st day there wrong pano up and when I said something the assistant kept saying have a seat. I'm an adult not a little kid and once everything explained Dr said we needed a clearance, it took over a month to have Dr. look at the clearance which was done within a week. Not to mention I called several times and got the run around and couldn't explain things to me. Finall, Dr spoke to me, was abrupt EXTREMEMLY bad and rude experience ever! From Drs to assistant!

Always a great experience never really… Always a great experience never really wait thatb ong but than again im always there before my appointment time n come 1-2 times a year for myself n for my son who comes once a year for his teeth cleaning...dr gaines has been our dr for years...love the staff n her!!!! Always engaging with us and very sweert and straight forward

Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.

unorganized place I keep receiving patient call and emails that address other patients. I have updated my information numerous times and they still keep sending emails and leaving messages on my phone. I'm pretty sure that's breaking some kind of law
