Wait time is Unnecessarily Long Over books appointments causing wait time to be for an hour to two hours. Even if you come in early to your appointment, the wait time gets extended because the dentist does not get in office on time. (Has happen to me twice)

Took my granddaughter to her… Took my granddaughter to her appointment to get her molars sealed the hygienist said she had one done already they only could do three which she never had any of them done. SMH My appointment I had to dentist do my filling, asked them to put the white filling and she put the silver in my mouth and told me she never did it. Smh

The Orthodontist is very very… The Orthodontist is very very rude and has no patience. He truly doesn’t know how to talk to people and depending on what insurance you carry is the treatment that you receive. The other staff are not as bad, however the customer service really sucks as well. Will not be getting anymore services from this place if business after my child is done with treatment.And no I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

When I visited recently, DHA was NOT UP TO THE TASK! When I visited recently, there was only one doctor to service entire day's workload of patients. Result was patients waiting endlessly, only to be forgotten about anyway. I waited 20 mins. to see a Dr. following a tooth cleaning, wasn't given any updates, and ended up walking out to keep another appt. POOR PLANNING AND STAFF MANAGEMENT!! This staff, in general, seems to have issues with professionalism and patient courtesy. Rude, impatient, and uninterested. We're humans, not cattle (as the health service industry, it seems, prefers to view us). My advice: Look for an alternate provider.

unorganized place I keep receiving patient call and emails that address other patients. I have updated my information numerous times and they still keep sending emails and leaving messages on my phone. I'm pretty sure that's breaking some kind of law
