Too long of a wait... I sat in the waiting room for one hour no one called my name. In addition to the people with no regards for others with they’re loud cell phone usage. They should have signs posted like other respectable physician offices. Eventually I left this is a The Irvington office. Plainfield office is more professional in my opinion.

What a rip off with a Dr Chemburkar What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth. Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.

When I visited recently, DHA was NOT UP TO THE TASK! When I visited recently, there was only one doctor to service entire day's workload of patients. Result was patients waiting endlessly, only to be forgotten about anyway. I waited 20 mins. to see a Dr. following a tooth cleaning, wasn't given any updates, and ended up walking out to keep another appt. POOR PLANNING AND STAFF MANAGEMENT!! This staff, in general, seems to have issues with professionalism and patient courtesy. Rude, impatient, and uninterested. We're humans, not cattle (as the health service industry, it seems, prefers to view us). My advice: Look for an alternate provider.

I have never experienced such rudeness I have never experienced such rudeness. 1st day there wrong pano up and when I said something the assistant kept saying have a seat. I'm an adult not a little kid and once everything explained Dr said we needed a clearance, it took over a month to have Dr. look at the clearance which was done within a week. Not to mention I called several times and got the run around and couldn't explain things to me. Finall, Dr spoke to me, was abrupt EXTREMEMLY bad and rude experience ever! From Drs to assistant!

August 1st August 1st, 2019 Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office, Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). I might have to transfer myself to the State of NJ Dental Office @ University Hospital for better health of my mouth and teeth. Sincerelly, Miss Evette Calen Feagin
