My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.

Horrible customer service My dentist is Great it’s the gather that the problem. I called 7 times to date to confirm my balance because they did not send to my dental part after medical paid l. Still no call no information. All I know is about to f I get any type of Collection notice because you guys failed me to contact me it’s going to be a media issue seriously.

Staff/Doctor Im giving the office staff and the Dental Assistant The 5 star rating. They are very friendly and professional Staff to work with. However this was the first meeting with Dr. Summer who was very unprofessional by coming in and not introducing herself I had to ask her what her name was. Dr. Summer proceeded to sit down and not explain what she would be doing she just said open your mouth for me. Dr. Summer bedside mannerism differently needs work. I rate Dr. Summer 1 star and Im being generous with that.. When I make my next appointment i will definitely ask to be seen by another Doctor.

Avoid at all cost Avoid at all cost! Outrageously bad service. I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. I finally managed to schedule one a month in advance. I called them the previous day to confirm only to find out that they've cancelled my appointment. They didn't even bother calling me! Now it's back to the waiting game trying to get another appointment. The worst part is that this is a "consultation" appointment only because they refuse to schedule my cleaning without a "consultation". If I didn't have to wait for an extra 3 months to get on a new DMO list for a new dentist, I would have already moved.
