Very friendly staff Very friendly staff, knowledgeable. Loved the fact that I was in and out of the surgery/procedure in less than 15 minutes. I had four teeth extracted. The doctor was great, professional, to the point. Everything down to the follow-up, prescriptions and after care instructions were precise and very helpful. Thank you, will definitely recommend!!

Always a great experience never really… Always a great experience never really wait thatb ong but than again im always there before my appointment time n come 1-2 times a year for myself n for my son who comes once a year for his teeth cleaning...dr gaines has been our dr for years...love the staff n her!!!! Waited far too long than I’m accustomed… Waited far too long than I’m accustomed to in the 20 years I’ve been a patient in this office. There were very few patients before me yet it took almost an hour before my X-rays were done. I was told by the X-ray tech that there was another person in the office qualified to do X-rays so why the wait? This visit took 2 hours, normally I’m in and out with a routine cleaning in 60+ minutes.

I have never experienced such rudeness I have never experienced such rudeness. 1st day there wrong pano up and when I said something the assistant kept saying have a seat. I'm an adult not a little kid and once everything explained Dr said we needed a clearance, it took over a month to have Dr. look at the clearance which was done within a week. Not to mention I called several times and got the run around and couldn't explain things to me. Finall, Dr spoke to me, was abrupt EXTREMEMLY bad and rude experience ever! From Drs to assistant!

Staff/Doctor Im giving the office staff and the Dental Assistant The 5 star rating. They are very friendly and professional Staff to work with. However this was the first meeting with Dr. Summer who was very unprofessional by coming in and not introducing herself I had to ask her what her name was. Dr. Summer proceeded to sit down and not explain what she would be doing she just said open your mouth for me. Dr. Summer bedside mannerism differently needs work. I rate Dr. Summer 1 star and Im being generous with that.. When I make my next appointment i will definitely ask to be seen by another Doctor.
