My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). Horrible customer service My dentist is Great it’s the gather that the problem. I called 7 times to date to confirm my balance because they did not send to my dental part after medical paid l. Still no call no information. All I know is about to f I get any type of Collection notice because you guys failed me to contact me it’s going to be a media issue seriously.

Horrible place Received a call the day before an evening appointment that was made six months ago to say they no longer have evening appointments. Was advise to come in at 5:00 on the following Monday. Sure that works if you do not have a job.

When I visited recently, DHA was NOT UP TO THE TASK! When I visited recently, there was only one doctor to service entire day's workload of patients. Result was patients waiting endlessly, only to be forgotten about anyway. I waited 20 mins. to see a Dr. following a tooth cleaning, wasn't given any updates, and ended up walking out to keep another appt. POOR PLANNING AND STAFF MANAGEMENT!! This staff, in general, seems to have issues with professionalism and patient courtesy. Rude, impatient, and uninterested. We're humans, not cattle (as the health service industry, it seems, prefers to view us). My advice: Look for an alternate provider.

Staff/Doctor Im giving the office staff and the Dental Assistant The 5 star rating. They are very friendly and professional Staff to work with. However this was the first meeting with Dr. Summer who was very unprofessional by coming in and not introducing herself I had to ask her what her name was. Dr. Summer proceeded to sit down and not explain what she would be doing she just said open your mouth for me. Dr. Summer bedside mannerism differently needs work. I rate Dr. Summer 1 star and Im being generous with that.. When I make my next appointment i will definitely ask to be seen by another Doctor.
