TERRIBLE PLACE!~ They are only worried about PROFIT They are only worried about PROFIT, not about patients. They refused to clean my teeth because I did not want an X-Ray. I may have CANCER and I want to reduce to the minimum the radiation to my body. They did not accept my reasons and I felt DISCRIMINATED by their profit GREED.

Wait time is Unnecessarily Long Over books appointments causing wait time to be for an hour to two hours. Even if you come in early to your appointment, the wait time gets extended because the dentist does not get in office on time. (Has happen to me twice)

Took my granddaughter to her… Took my granddaughter to her appointment to get her molars sealed the hygienist said she had one done already they only could do three which she never had any of them done. SMH My appointment I had to dentist do my filling, asked them to put the white filling and she put the silver in my mouth and told me she never did it. Smh

August 1st August 1st, 2019 Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office, Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). Lack of choices with treatment plan as… Lack of choices with treatment plan as the denial was a result of improper documentation given to the underwriter. It was as they were in the tooth extraction business instead of saving of teeth business I changed dentist provider and had no problem in getting approval for two crowns with same insurance resulting in me saving my teeth. In another instance they charged me $500 at the last minute for a bone graft when it could have been covered. Poor service.
