Staff/Doctor Im giving the office staff and the Dental Assistant The 5 star rating. They are very friendly and professional Staff to work with. However this was the first meeting with Dr. Summer who was very unprofessional by coming in and not introducing herself I had to ask her what her name was. Dr. Summer proceeded to sit down and not explain what she would be doing she just said open your mouth for me. Dr. Summer bedside mannerism differently needs work. I rate Dr. Summer 1 star and Im being generous with that.. When I make my next appointment i will definitely ask to be seen by another Doctor.

My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). Lack of choices with treatment plan as… Lack of choices with treatment plan as the denial was a result of improper documentation given to the underwriter. It was as they were in the tooth extraction business instead of saving of teeth business I changed dentist provider and had no problem in getting approval for two crowns with same insurance resulting in me saving my teeth. In another instance they charged me $500 at the last minute for a bone graft when it could have been covered. Poor service.

The Orthodontist is very very… The Orthodontist is very very rude and has no patience. He truly doesn’t know how to talk to people and depending on what insurance you carry is the treatment that you receive. The other staff are not as bad, however the customer service really sucks as well. Will not be getting anymore services from this place if business after my child is done with treatment.And no I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

What a rip off with a Dr Chemburkar What a rip off with a Dr. C! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and extra. They did the extra and spent 5 minutes with cleaning my teeth. Telling me that they evaluated and then charged me for an evaluation that is not covered by my insurance. I was very precise when I scheduled this appointment that I only wanted a cleaning but did not get one. Then they billed my insurance and for a cleaning and evaluation, sent me a bill. This Dr. C is a rip off and very unprofessional and dishonest. When I asked why I am not getting a cleaning she told me they closed at 5pm then I asked why was I scheduled this late she said I need to reschedule after the evaluation cost that the front staff will give me. LOL what a dishonest person.
