The process was a snap. Great costumer service The entire process couldn’t have been more of a snap,(pun intended),. Ordered my impression kit, did the impression, sent it back. Next thing I know the aligners show up and I start wearing them. It totally worked. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I am Completely satisfied with the results and I would Totally recommend SnapCorrect to someone looking to get their teeth straighter.

No one picks up the phone, no customer service No one picks up the phone, no one is emailing back, it’s impossible to get my retainers ordered. I thought they were out of business, I got an email they were not but no one is picking up the phone or helping me get my retainers ordered. It’s massively frustrating, if you’re looking to get aligners I would go with a different company because no one helps with getting aligners reordered once you’re done with your treatment, your teeth will shift and you have to do it all over again. I have been trying to get in touch with them for probably 2 months now. No response after calling probably 10 times and sending 4 emails.

SCAM!! BEWARE! I received treatment from Snap Correct… I received treatment from Snap Correct and the treatment was not successful 13 different times due to manufacturing defects. I have been so incredibly patient with them for the last 3 years and they have stopped responding to my emails. Complete SCAM! Do not waste your money.

I had an excellent experience with... I had an excellent experience with Snap Correct. My teeth have improved a lot, and I am now remaining with only five months to end my journey. The quality of customer support is commendable! If you want to get a wonderful smile, you should choose Snap Correct. Not yet completed with treatment- but recommend Not yet completed with treatment, so still waiting to see how comfortably my bite will align when I chew at the end of the treatment plan. However, I am 75% through my plan and very impressed with results to date. The fit has been good without scratching on my gums. Also far less uncomfortable that the regular braces I had as a kid. Requires discipline to remove, not loose, and then remember to reinsert trays between meals and drinks. Not recommended for kids. I had an overbite and crowding which caused me pain before. I no longer have those pains, so really hurt less now than I did before ordering the snapcorrects. Happy with decision thus far.
