GBMostly had a good experience with this… Mostly had a good experience with this company, but I have lost/broken retainers and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get them replaced and finish my treatment. I have tried calling, I’m put on hold until I have to leave a message. Then I get no call back. I’ve tried email, which in the past used to be replied to. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a real company anymore. I’ve even tried the chat method with no response.

GBDon't Use SnapCorrect - Absent Customer Service I am a longterm customer of SnapCorrect, having used their aligners in 2018-2019. I have since used my last aligner as a retainer to ensure my teeth stay straight. This is where the problem begins - their customer service team is completely MIA. I have been trying to reach them for 3+ months to order a replacement of my last aligner. Given they are thin plastic, they loosen up over time. I have called no less than 10 times, used their online chat window numerous times (with no response), emailed (no response), and submitted a ticket on their support platform. This is complete patient negligence. Please use another company, this will be money down the drain for you as it has been for me - my teeth have now moved back into their original position.

GBSnapcorrect liners worked great. My only complaint is that I had to get 3 impressions done. Other than that, my treatment was surprisingly smooth, comfortable and effective. It took 40 weeks for my treatment (20 sets of liners) vs 2 + years for my kids. I paid less than 30% for this treatment compared to the traditional metal braces my kids used. The liners were comfortable, clear and high quality. People did not typically notice them unless I spoke with a slight lisp. If needed, I would just remove the top liner. Overall, I recommend Snapcorrect.

GBNot yet completed with treatment- but recommend Not yet completed with treatment, so still waiting to see how comfortably my bite will align when I chew at the end of the treatment plan. However, I am 75% through my plan and very impressed with results to date. The fit has been good without scratching on my gums. Also far less uncomfortable that the regular braces I had as a kid. Requires discipline to remove, not loose, and then remember to reinsert trays between meals and drinks. Not recommended for kids. I had an overbite and crowding which caused me pain before. I no longer have those pains, so really hurt less now than I did before ordering the snapcorrects. Happy with decision thus far.

GBLeft concerned... Throughout the process I have been religious about wearing these aligners 24 hours a day. I think because of that my teeth have moved without discomfort and now do appear to be much straighter. My complaint is that my teeth now catch in the front when I chew and I feel like it’s only a matter of time before one of them chips. I’m not sure how they calculate tooth placement but it seems to be ignoring bite position Also, two weeks and to wearing my retainer, the top trey has cracked across the front and the bottom tray is cracking near the molars. I thought the retainer would be more durable than the monthly trays because it’s thicker but it appears to be weaker.
