Mostly had a good experience with this… Mostly had a good experience with this company, but I have lost/broken retainers and have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get them replaced and finish my treatment. I have tried calling, I’m put on hold until I have to leave a message. Then I get no call back. I’ve tried email, which in the past used to be replied to. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a real company anymore. I’ve even tried the chat method with no response.

Trying to get in contact with them for… Trying to get in contact with them for months about my order and no one is answering or replying to emails. And I don’t know a party’s extension number. I sent in my impressions in the beginning of September and got an email saying my impressions were reviewed and cleared and are undergoing another review on 9/10 and haven’t heard anything since. Please someone help!

Good Price - Great Results I finished my aligners 3 months ago. I've gotten a great result, period. The treatment plan was smooth, and I've had no problems reaching customer service with any questions or concerns. I also did a lot of research before choosing SnapCorrect. I considered numerous companies, and spoke in-depth with reps before making a decision. Cost was not the only factor for me, and with all things considered SnapCorrect won my business. My teeth are near perfect - I truly could not be more satisfied with the results. A few early bumps, but definitely satisfied! I am very happy with my smile. There were a few "hiccups" in the beginning and getting the process rolling, but once that was taken care of everything moved forward very smoothly. I was only looking for "minor" corrections and a happy with the results. My teeth aren't perfect, but I am very satisfied and the results match the 3D renderings they sent at the beginning of the process. It was very easy and convenient, virtually hassle-free, and much cheaper than braces or other alternatives.
