Jocelyn was very helpful and resolved… Jocelyn was very helpful and resolved our issue of changing banks very quickly. Everything was handled within a few hours and was very easy to do. Within a day the banking transaction were being handled by our new bank, which was very impressive and very much appreciated as we were trying to close out our old bank account and needed to get all activity transferred over to our new bank as quickly as possible.

It’s a good service but I expect more… It’s a good service but I expect more because you guys are growing fast with unexpected problems for instant booting a system a middle of a day .... And transactions duplicate you know what I’m saying... The big one to fix the problem when we call deferent representatives gives deferent reasons or excuses.....no transparency you know that means... No transparency .....no comfort zone .....
