GBWe had an issue with our Credit Card VX520 Terminal!! We had an issue with our Credit Card terminal yesterday morning and after 1 hour and 45 minutes speaking thru a CSR in Jamaica who was extremely patient and helpful in trying to solve the issue, we came to the conclusion that our existing terminal had seen it's time. She connected me to Jocelyn Bashi up in TSUN (Michigan-for those non- Buckeyes) who took care of the replacement procedure for our terminal immediately. Jocelyn indicated the procedure and said that we should receive our unit today. The new terminal arrived from FedEx around 1:40 and as I was plugging the new unit in with power, Jocelyn called to see if we had received it OK...what timing and what service...thanks to her we were up and running without much delay...we greatly appreciate the great and timely service, so hats off to Miss Jocelyn up in TSUN...Go Buckeyes!! GBWhen i upgraded to the VX520 i was… When i upgraded to the VX520 i was supposed to get a $100 rebate or bonus that i never received. Also, i shouldnt have been locked into a new contract because terminal had to be upgraded not by my own choosing.

GBMore then a merchant services provider. Been with Bankcard for numerous years. Work every closely with reps over that time and each time they took the time to understand and get to know our company and employees. The last rep we worked with Mackenzie O, made our experience and time with Bankcard amazing. Her endless efforts to go up and over what was asked, made the decision to leave Bankcard extremely difficult. Most places see your business as nothing more then a monthly amount and a MID but not Bankcard. We will be on the lookout for any business opportunity that would allow us to work with the great and knowledgeable staff at Bankcard Services. We would like to thank Micheal, Marissa, Mackenzie and all the great staff we had the pleasure to work with over the years. Thank you.
