The gel smells of pure bleach and it has burnt my gums and inside mouth after 1 use, used minimum amount of gel too as quite cautious. Contacted company on several occasions reporting the problem, with no response… Would definitely not recommend at all.

45% gels do NOT work at all. Waste of money. Purchased the 45% strength gels, thinking they would definitely work, and they promise to whiten teeth after just 15 minutes, but they have not made my teeth any whiter after several 1 hour sessions. All this gel has done is burnt and irritated my gums and also made my upper lip swell up. Also, the syringes are designed very poorly so that when you take off the cap the hole is too big and too much gel comes out. How hard is it to design decent syringes. Finally, took forever to arrive. Total waste of money, this. Do not buy from them.

I kept the gel on for 15 mins on the… I kept the gel on for 15 mins on the very first try and it has left my gums burnt, three days later and they are still very sore and it had no effect on the whiteness of my teeth. Very disappointed and feeling uncomfortable.

Order has not arrived Ordered in the middle of May and it still hasn’t arrived. I have emailed to asks or information but have received no reply. Was warned deliveries might be late because of the virus but this is worrying.

No confirmation of order I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response. I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.
