The price is a fraction (a tiny fraction !) of what the identical product would have cost me direct from my dentist. And it works brilliantly ! Thoroughly recommend for service, product and price (I use the 16%) and will be continuing to use Expert Whitening.

Item never arrived If I could leave 0 I would, I ordered the item a day after a colleague at work ordered theirs. They received their order over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.....so as I haven't received it I am unable to leave a review of how good it is.

The delivery time wasn't too bad… The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it comes from America. However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%. I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.
