GBI wasn't happy with the result so… I wasn't happy with the result so returned the products. It took long time to get refund and they didn't give me the full refund. I contacted them few times over a month and they told me that they charges a spoilage charge 20%. They charge high shipping fee, the return postage fee has to be paid by customers and they take the spoilage fee from the refund. It's not worth the price for the product and they are not good at responding quickly, very disappointing. I definitely don't recommend to purchase the product especially from oversea.

GBItem never arrived If I could leave 0 I would, I ordered the item a day after a colleague at work ordered theirs. They received their order over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.....so as I haven't received it I am unable to leave a review of how good it is.

GBOrdered the item over 4 weeks ago still… Ordered the item over 4 weeks ago still waiting. had a couple of updates from customer service but since the last 2 weeks no one has updated me I am now finding the customer service very poor especially when I took out an insurance for postage which was recommend by the company

GBThis arrived promptly but frankly was… This arrived promptly but frankly was very disappointing.I did notice that the syringe unlike the ones obtained from my dentist have a very large opening which means it’s difficult to prevent it splurging out.I did use this appropriately but unlike my dentists tooth whitening there was no appreciable difference in tooth shade.I wouldn’t bother .

GBNo confirmation of order I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response. I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.
