I wasn't happy with the result so… I wasn't happy with the result so returned the products. It took long time to get refund and they didn't give me the full refund. I contacted them few times over a month and they told me that they charges a spoilage charge 20%. They charge high shipping fee, the return postage fee has to be paid by customers and they take the spoilage fee from the refund. It's not worth the price for the product and they are not good at responding quickly, very disappointing. I definitely don't recommend to purchase the product especially from oversea.

This arrived promptly but frankly was… This arrived promptly but frankly was very disappointing.I did notice that the syringe unlike the ones obtained from my dentist have a very large opening which means it’s difficult to prevent it splurging out.I did use this appropriately but unlike my dentists tooth whitening there was no appreciable difference in tooth shade.I wouldn’t bother .

The delivery time wasn't too bad… The delivery time wasn't too bad considering it comes from America. However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%. I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.

The gel smells of pure bleach and it has burnt my gums and inside mouth after 1 use, used minimum amount of gel too as quite cautious. Contacted company on several occasions reporting the problem, with no response… Would definitely not recommend at all.

Excellent professional grade products! I have been using these teeth whitening products for about 7 years now. Professional grade, easy to use, and amazing results. I do monthly touch ups to keep my smile bright. The pricing is excellent! I recommend getting the the blue mineralizing gel also and use immediately following each treatment. I do not have any sensitivity when I use the two together.
