45% gels do NOT work at all. Waste of money. Purchased the 45% strength gels, thinking they would definitely work, and they promise to whiten teeth after just 15 minutes, but they have not made my teeth any whiter after several 1 hour sessions. All this gel has done is burnt and irritated my gums and also made my upper lip swell up. Also, the syringes are designed very poorly so that when you take off the cap the hole is too big and too much gel comes out. How hard is it to design decent syringes. Finally, took forever to arrive. Total waste of money, this. Do not buy from them.

Ordered the item over 4 weeks ago still… Ordered the item over 4 weeks ago still waiting. had a couple of updates from customer service but since the last 2 weeks no one has updated me I am now finding the customer service very poor especially when I took out an insurance for postage which was recommend by the company

No confirmation of order I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response. I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.

Item never arrived If I could leave 0 I would, I ordered the item a day after a colleague at work ordered theirs. They received their order over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.....so as I haven't received it I am unable to leave a review of how good it is.

Definitely starting to see a difference… Definitely starting to see a difference in the colour of my teeth.. Have spent the last week perfecting how to apply this product so so carefully so not to allow it to come into contact with the gums as it burns so so badly. I have found that using a mouth guard (from a game of speak out) to open the mouth wide and applying the product to each individual tooth with a tiny brush the best way. Usually have to put cotton wool down the sides to avoid saliva running onto teeth. Works best with uv light and also 1 hour rather than 30 mins. I haven't found sensitivity a problem. Hope this review helps someone.
