My loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I’d rate you higher than a 5!!!! Tytyty. Very happyyyyyy!!!

Avoid this seller. You may lose money, time or both Avoid this company. I purchased a pair of loupes and never received them. The seller admitted they made a mistake with the delivery address and I still haven't yet received a refund despite my requests for a full refund. I opened cases with PayPal, ACCC and my bank. Avoid this seller - I paid more than US$1500 for an item I never received. I received a sarcastic response from the seller suggesting I should try to find the item myself - they are sure the item is somewhere in Australia. No refund as yet ( I paid for the item more than 3 months ago)

Awesome quality and extremely lightweight The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish. I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. Will definitely recommend Schultz Loupes to my fellow dental colleagues.

This is the absolute WORST company I… This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!
