I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace.... Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...

I bought several dental loupes for my… I bought several dental loupes for my charity all for donation to clinics in Africa. The loupes were brand new but broken and not repairable. The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. The loupes I bought were not very sturdy and made of cheap plastic and this was probably the reason they broke in the first place. I will never buy from this company ever again and they just bought a lifetime of bad publicity.

Dont hesitate to buy I had a rep from one of the major companies come to my office and measure me for new loupes and headlight. The loupe working distance was way off and the light was weak which was ok but the battery only lasted 90 minutes, so I returned them. Awesome quality and extremely lightweight The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish. I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS.
