Do not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS. Their videos state 30 day money back guarantee. Their website states 30 day risk free money back guarantee on everything. All lies. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

I will never do business with loupedirect again I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.

Very Poor quality Very Poor quality . I don't recommend it at all. After using for one year the loupe came of the lense and when I contacted them they wanted me to pay almost the same 40% of its original price to get it fixed. Although it came off without any form of trauma.
