I will never do business with loupedirect again I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.

Awesome quality and extremely lightweight The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish. I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. Will definitely recommend Schultz Loupes to my fellow dental colleagues.

My loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! worst ,never use them worst ,never use them, broken 3 times within 2 month, customer service don't respond for 1,5 month,pay a little more for better quality with another company, avoid Shultz
