The seller admitted they made a mistake with the delivery address and I still haven't yet received a refund despite my requests for a full refund. I opened cases with PayPal, ACCC and my bank. Avoid this seller - I paid more than US$1500 for an item I never received. I received a sarcastic response from the seller suggesting I should try to find the item myself - they are sure the item is somewhere in Australia. I bought several dental loupes for my… I bought several dental loupes for my charity all for donation to clinics in Africa. The loupes were brand new but broken and not repairable. The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. The loupes I bought were not very sturdy and made of cheap plastic and this was probably the reason they broke in the first place. I will never buy from this company ever again and they just bought a lifetime of bad publicity.

I will never do business with loupedirect again I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.
