Avoid this seller. You may lose money, time or both Avoid this company. I purchased a pair of loupes and never received them. The seller admitted they made a mistake with the delivery address and I still haven't yet received a refund despite my requests for a full refund. I opened cases with PayPal, ACCC and my bank. Avoid this seller - I paid more than US$1500 for an item I never received. I received a sarcastic response from the seller suggesting I should try to find the item myself - they are sure the item is somewhere in Australia. No refund as yet ( I paid for the item more than 3 months ago)

Do not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!

worst ,never use them worst ,never use them, broken 3 times within 2 month, customer service don't respond for 1,5 month,pay a little more for better quality with another company, avoid Shultz

Very Poor quality Very Poor quality . I don't recommend it at all. After using for one year the loupe came of the lense and when I contacted them they wanted me to pay almost the same 40% of its original price to get it fixed. Although it came off without any form of trauma.

i love my loupes and headlight Tried all the big brands I could get my hands on but found them often very heavy and always insanely expensive. After looking online for alternatives, I found schultz loupe. I bought the custom TTL 3.5X loupes, they are super light and provide clear vision and a very large viewing field I was so satisfied with the first set that I bought another pair of 4.0x with a headlight a few months later during a special sales event. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the price difference with the other big brands but the 30 day money back policy for a custom product made me take the chance which I haven't regretted to date!
