AUAvoid this seller. You may lose money, time or both Avoid this company. I purchased a pair of loupes and never received them. The seller admitted they made a mistake with the delivery address and I still haven't yet received a refund despite my requests for a full refund. I opened cases with PayPal, ACCC and my bank. Avoid this seller - I paid more than US$1500 for an item I never received. I received a sarcastic response from the seller suggesting I should try to find the item myself - they are sure the item is somewhere in Australia. No refund as yet ( I paid for the item more than 3 months ago)

GBIf I have to give 0 star If I have to give 0 star, I would. I ordered the wrong battery for my loupe, I returned the battery with USPS. I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace.... Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...

GBNot forthcoming I ordered the loupes. Decided that they were not what I was looking for and returned them. The company has not refunded me as advertised and have not responded to my emails.

GBHorrible experience with the company! Horrible experience with the company!! Slow delivery. Batteries all failed in less than a year. No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations. Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.
