Do not deal with this company!!! Do not deal with this company!!! I ordered loupes and returned them. They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.

Horrible experience with the company! Horrible experience with the company!! Slow delivery. Batteries all failed in less than a year. No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations. Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.

Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! Very Poor quality Very Poor quality . I don't recommend it at all. After using for one year the loupe came of the lense and when I contacted them they wanted me to pay almost the same 40% of its original price to get it fixed. Although it came off without any form of trauma.
