Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I will never do business with loupedirect again I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.

This is the absolute WORST company I… This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!
