The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS.
