No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations. Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.

Do not deal with this company!!! Do not deal with this company!!! I ordered loupes and returned them. They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.
