Awesome quality and extremely lightweight The Custom Fusion TTL 3.5x loupes I ordered had perfect measurements，super light weight and huge viewing field. But when I tried them on, there was an angle of declination issues, I had to bend down my neck whole day and it really hurt my neck and back. I contacted the company and the service manager Sam was very concise, patient and detailed in helping me to adjust the frame, and work out the issue from start to finish. I was sent a refitted pair of loupes which are now completely perfect. A massive thank you to Schultz Loupes for providing such good service and product. Will definitely recommend Schultz Loupes to my fellow dental colleagues.

Not forthcoming I ordered the loupes. Decided that they were not what I was looking for and returned them. The company has not refunded me as advertised and have not responded to my emails.

This is the absolute WORST company I… This is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with!! They offer a trial period when you purchase their loupes however, when you need to send them back, they completely fall off the face of the Earth!! They will not answer emails, phone calls or even texts. I was sent the wrong frames entirely. I am STILL waiting for my refund, some 30 days later and it is over $800. I will now have to to involve legal counsel and the whole thing is just a nightmare. I would never, ever advise trading with this company! Pitiful!

My loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!!
