GBi love my loupes and headlight Tried all the big brands I could get my hands on but found them often very heavy and always insanely expensive. After looking online for alternatives, I found schultz loupe. I bought the custom TTL 3.5X loupes, they are super light and provide clear vision and a very large viewing field I was so satisfied with the first set that I bought another pair of 4.0x with a headlight a few months later during a special sales event. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the price difference with the other big brands but the 30 day money back policy for a custom product made me take the chance which I haven't regretted to date!

GBI will never do business with loupedirect again I had an extremely negative experience with Schultz Loupes/loupedirect.com. I purchased a pair of Dental Loupes Feather Flip-Up 2.0x. The field of view was poor due to the oculars being mounted far from my eyes. When I tried to return them, I was told they were not returnable, even though it does not say this on the website for the product. I will dispute the charge with my credit company.

GBHorrible experience with the company! Horrible experience with the company!! Slow delivery. Batteries all failed in less than a year. No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations. Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.

GBDo not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. DO NOT BUY From this company!!! You are warned!
