GBi love my loupes and headlight Tried all the big brands I could get my hands on but found them often very heavy and always insanely expensive. After looking online for alternatives, I found schultz loupe. I bought the custom TTL 3.5X loupes, they are super light and provide clear vision and a very large viewing field I was so satisfied with the first set that I bought another pair of 4.0x with a headlight a few months later during a special sales event. GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS. Their videos state 30 day money back guarantee. Their website states 30 day risk free money back guarantee on everything. All lies. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

GBIf I have to give 0 star If I have to give 0 star, I would. I ordered the wrong battery for my loupe, I returned the battery with USPS. I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace.... Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...
