Dont hesitate to buy I had a rep from one of the major companies come to my office and measure me for new loupes and headlight. The loupe working distance was way off and the light was weak which was ok but the battery only lasted 90 minutes, so I returned them. I went online found scultz/loupes direct followed the ordering instructions and less than 3 weeks later recieved my new loupes and butterfly headlight. The loupes and light are super light weight and of great quality. The light battery lasts over 3 hours. Great case also included..all for over half the price. Simply put a great product easy ordering process great custom service and shocking low price.

My loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! Do not deal with this company!!! Do not deal with this company!!! I ordered loupes and returned them. They sent me a new set even though I asked for my money back, then returned those unopened. They accepted the return and have been telling me the money is to be credited back to my account for almost 2 years.

worst ,never use them worst ,never use them, broken 3 times within 2 month, customer service don't respond for 1,5 month,pay a little more for better quality with another company, avoid Shultz
