GBi love my loupes and headlight Tried all the big brands I could get my hands on but found them often very heavy and always insanely expensive. After looking online for alternatives, I found schultz loupe. I bought the custom TTL 3.5X loupes, they are super light and provide clear vision and a very large viewing field I was so satisfied with the first set that I bought another pair of 4.0x with a headlight a few months later during a special sales event. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the price difference with the other big brands but the 30 day money back policy for a custom product made me take the chance which I haven't regretted to date!

GBMy loupe light came detached because I… My loupe light came detached because I over tightened the screw for the light. Sent them in and they repaired them and even sent me brand new loupes!! Amazing .. did I say Amazing!!!?? Customer service. Soooo happy!! Ty Roger and everyone who got them back to me sooo fast and Superior customer service!! Y’all are outstanding!!! I’d rate you higher than a 5!!!! Tytyty. Very happyyyyyy!!!

GBDont hesitate to buy I had a rep from one of the major companies come to my office and measure me for new loupes and headlight. The loupe working distance was way off and the light was weak which was ok but the battery only lasted 90 minutes, so I returned them. I went online found scultz/loupes direct followed the ordering instructions and less than 3 weeks later recieved my new loupes and butterfly headlight. The loupes and light are super light weight and of great quality. The light battery lasts over 3 hours. Great case also included..all for over half the price. Simply put a great product easy ordering process great custom service and shocking low price.

GBIf I have to give 0 star If I have to give 0 star, I would. I ordered the wrong battery for my loupe, I returned the battery with USPS. I sent it in with regular mail and I don't have the tracking number. I called customer service. They said they don't open the incoming mail. They said until they received the returned battery before they send a replacement. Last week, I received the ripped package with no battery inside. I called them to ask and they said that was for replacement battery. I told them about no battery was inside the package due to mis-handle from the usps. They seem like does not want to replace.... Second, I placed another order the extra batteries. Its been a almost a month and they have not release my batteries. Bad customer service...
