DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My 2 dental assistant's needed loupes. They wanted flip ups to get out of way when not needed. I ordered 2 pair. Both assistants needed prescription lenses. That was an option for these loupes for $99. When we received the loupes they did not replace the lenses in the frames with prescription lenses. They placed what they later told me were "inserts" into the inside of the glasses. Looked cheap as could be. Not only will they be hard to clean 4 pair of lenses, keep 4 pair of lenses from fogging up, but they also rubbed against your eyelashes. So every blink your eyelashes rub against them. Called to get this straightened out. They offer NO flip up loupes with prescriptions in the glass. Kept me on the phone 3 times for 30-40 minutes talking about assistants should wear contacts, these are not magnified for use by dental assistants. NO REFUNDS. Their videos state 30 day money back guarantee. Their website states 30 day risk free money back guarantee on everything. All lies. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Do not buy from them! Terrible service! Spent About 3 months sending my loupes back and forth because the angulation of the lenses were off And they couldn’t get it right. (My pupilar distance was measured by an optometrist) Hours on the phone w a tech. I’ve never had issues w custom loupe purchases before. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It’s been about 9 months and at this point they don’t reply to my emails. Maybe they are out of business?? Yes, they are much cheaper but this experience has been a nightmare and I still don’t have a pair of loupes. Update: still no refund after confirming they received the product back in great condition. Reported them to BBB and Attorney Generals office. I’m out $1500+ and I have no loupes. I bought several dental loupes for my… I bought several dental loupes for my charity all for donation to clinics in Africa. The loupes were brand new but broken and not repairable. The company would not replace them since I had group purchased them a year ago even though they were never used and still in the original box. The loupes I bought were not very sturdy and made of cheap plastic and this was probably the reason they broke in the first place. I will never buy from this company ever again and they just bought a lifetime of bad publicity.

No one at the company willing to speak honestly about the product and timing of delivery or replacement of failed product. Terrible customer service and relations. Addendum: I received the replacement batteries 10 days later and they forgot to send the charger for them. Useless until a new charger arrives in another 10 days.
