Product never arrived Product never arrived. I order on December 2, 2023 and it’s now January 22, 2024. Still nothing! Contacted customer service numerous times, all I’m told is to be patient because they are behind. They won’t give me a refund. I’m reporting them to my credit card company.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. They advertise on Facebook that their products are $70 and 70% off putting their dog toothbrush products at 20 something dollars when the same product can be purchased in many other places online for way less money. The quality is total crap. My dog ripped up the doggy toothbrush in a manner of five minutes. Also when I placed my order, the product was sent initially from China and got stuck in some distribution center for weeks in the US. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. In total it took about six weeks for me to get the product. I would not recommend ordering anything from Kanine Care.

Destroyed in 5 min, potential hazard I purchased the extreme dental chew because one of my dogs is a pretty aggressive chewer. Within five minutes he had broken off a large piece and almost swallowed it. I understand these aren’t meant to be indestructible, but if he can do that much damage in five minutes, this thing is obviously a piece of crap. Customer service clearly has no intention of refunding my money or offering any other solution. So I’m just here to warn any potential buyers (with dogs that actually are going to chew on it since that’s the what they need to do to get their teeth clean,) this specific product is not worth the risk of your dog swallowing a piece of the rubber and getting hurt.

We stick with this brand not only because she loves it, but because it's made in America, grain-free, artificial preservative-free, corn-free, and artificial ingredient-free. I did a ton of research comparing dog food before I originally decided on this and it paid off. I switch between flavors in order to spice up my dog's life a little bit. Who wants to eat the same thing forever?

I bought a medium size brush and some… I bought a medium size brush and some dog meat to see if I like it. I think he was, but it's definitely unpleasant to be given puppy kisses that smell like beef. Otherwise, I think if it does a good job of keeping his teeth clean, maybe I can smell better.
