Product never arrived Product never arrived. I order on December 2, 2023 and it’s now January 22, 2024. Still nothing! Contacted customer service numerous times, all I’m told is to be patient because they are behind. They won’t give me a refund. I’m reporting them to my credit card company.

I love the utility and the color is fantastic because it's simple to find in his toy box! The top has a hole where you may insert dental paste, and when they chew on it, the various groves will clean their gums and teeth. Because the toy is sturdy, the dogs can gnaw on it for hours on end without it breaking! Given the low cost, this is an excellent investment for your dog's dental health. In general, my dogs really enjoy this toothbrush! very simple to clean and operate. I adore that he is brushing his teeth without even realizing it! I would definitely recommend this!

The company is a scam The company is a scam - they portrait it as a Los Angeles company, while it is Chinese. Who would give their dog a toy and toothpaste from an unapproved Chinese company? No one. So they defraud customers with fake reviews, website etc. The products took two months to arrive. They are made in China, and not approved for sale in the United States. They never replied to me regarding refund, but when I disputed the charge they lied so much and presented fake documents to make it stand. Stay away from this trashy company. Some people’s dogs ended up in ER bc of these defective trashy toys.

Not a trustworthy place Not a trustworthy place. Shipping is a mess. They use a non brand shipping company that is also not trustworthy. I ordered a few and apparently they delivered in my mailbox at 4:30 in the morning. Then they wanted me to contact the carrier. I’m not being paid to do your job. Not even a refund

My dog literally does an excited dance… My dog literally does an excited dance every time I feed her. We stick with this brand not only because she loves it, but because it's made in America, grain-free, artificial preservative-free, corn-free, and artificial ingredient-free. I did a ton of research comparing dog food before I originally decided on this and it paid off. I switch between flavors in order to spice up my dog's life a little bit. Who wants to eat the same thing forever?
