I rare to never write a negative… I rare to never write a negative review, however, we did have a very disappointing experience after ordering these and waiting three weeks for delivery, the product fell apart, within five minutes of being given to my Boxer/Labrador. Customer Service offered zero support, and was slightly rude. Has been a very disappointing and negative experience. Complete waste of money and the bigger frustration was the terrible Customer Service. This product did not help clean either of our dogs teeth (even the small doggie). Save yourself time, money and disappointment.

yes... yes! We have finally developed a dental chew that your dog can actually chew (lol). I got it on recommendation because my dog's breath is pretty unbearable sometimes...(don't tell him!) But he turned up his nose. When I first gave him this, I put dog toothpaste on him and now he loves it (me too!). Thank you very much. Our customers are satisfied.

The company is a scam The company is a scam - they portrait it as a Los Angeles company, while it is Chinese. Who would give their dog a toy and toothpaste from an unapproved Chinese company? No one. So they defraud customers with fake reviews, website etc. The products took two months to arrive. They are made in China, and not approved for sale in the United States. They never replied to me regarding refund, but when I disputed the charge they lied so much and presented fake documents to make it stand. Stay away from this trashy company. Some people’s dogs ended up in ER bc of these defective trashy toys.

No word or product after 2 months Spent a penny for 2 toothbrushes. Received none after 2 months. I was told that I did not write the corre details now which is further from the truth. I smell a scam unfortunately...

My dog literally does an excited dance… My dog literally does an excited dance every time I feed her. We stick with this brand not only because she loves it, but because it's made in America, grain-free, artificial preservative-free, corn-free, and artificial ingredient-free. I did a ton of research comparing dog food before I originally decided on this and it paid off. I switch between flavors in order to spice up my dog's life a little bit. Who wants to eat the same thing forever?
