GBAfter so much harassment for other TPA After so much harassment for other TPA, I lost hope that my business would be compliant again with DOT, but THANK YOU, DOT compliance group team, you did your best to save my business. I am not going to go for any further experiments with TPAs. You guys are the BEST.

GBALLISON, RICHARD & KRISTY MY ADVENTURE STARTED ON FRIDAY THE 9TH, 2023 WITH ALLISON (WHO IS AMAZING, SO HELPFUL & FUNNY). SHE REFERED ME TO SUPPORT (KRISTY) WHO WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THROUGH FORM MCS-150 AND GET IT SUBMITTED SO EFFICIENTLY. ALSO, I HAD ACCIDENTLY PAID FOR THE WRONG SERVICE SO RICHARD CAME TO MY RESCUE BY VERIFING MY TRANSACTION AND ALSO WALKING ME THROUGH THE CORRECT PROGRAM MY COMPANY NEEDED. SUCH A WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH MY FIRST ATTEMPT. I HOPE TO DO BETTER NEXT YEAR.

GBA great represenative A couple of months ago I received a phone call from DOT Compliance Group and asked me if I had any questions. Jim Alberts was the representatives name and he helped make sure that all of my forms and need paperwork was up to date. Before ending the call he told me to contact him any time I had a question. I have know contacted him twice this year along and he has solved all my questions.

GBDOT Compliance group is a scam company… DOT Compliance group is a scam company that tricks naive business people into paying a huge sum of money to do work you can do for free on-line. DO NOT give this company any personal business information. They often use a very unethical tactic of telling you that your permit is "overdue" in order to deceive people. People who use this company got TRICKED. Don't be stupid.

I appreciated her calling me back later in the week and also bringing to my attention a class i had to take which i didn't know i had to have but was able to complete through Dot Compliance.
