GBALLISON, RICHARD & KRISTY MY ADVENTURE STARTED ON FRIDAY THE 9TH, 2023 WITH ALLISON (WHO IS AMAZING, SO HELPFUL & FUNNY). SHE REFERED ME TO SUPPORT (KRISTY) WHO WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THROUGH FORM MCS-150 AND GET IT SUBMITTED SO EFFICIENTLY. ALSO, I HAD ACCIDENTLY PAID FOR THE WRONG SERVICE SO RICHARD CAME TO MY RESCUE BY VERIFING MY TRANSACTION AND ALSO WALKING ME THROUGH THE CORRECT PROGRAM MY COMPANY NEEDED. DO NOT give this company any personal business information. They often use a very unethical tactic of telling you that your permit is "overdue" in order to deceive people. People who use this company got TRICKED. Don't be stupid.
