The whole process felt unprofessional The whole process felt unprofessional. The person on the phone got my last name, my phone number, and email address wrong. I walked in and was told could not receive medical attention without a mask, and they didn’t have any masks to give away. Which is complete nonsense, as I paid $259 for my visit out of pocket, I could be handed a mask that costs less than 2 cents for Quest Diagnostics to purchase. After I walked back to my car in the pouring rain to grab a mask after the pandemic is officially over, I came back in and was saw for my visit. The lady who took me into the room had no idea what I was there for, had to pull up the tests I ordered and paid for out of pocket to show her.

I have never had such a positive experience scheduling a visit to be tested, she was so kind and comforting. There was no wait when I walked in to the testing center and I was in and out!
