I called, Nicole reassured me that I could go that day, and remained calm and composed, even when emotions got the best of me. She answered all the questions that came up and wished me luck in this endeavor. Would recommend completely should you run into any STD/STI scares while sexually active.

Nicole went beyond costumer care. Nicole went over and beyond to make sure my needs were met. With a compassionate, calming disposition and reassuring attitude! Anyone going thru taking one of these tests should be lucky to have her answer their call and help get them taken care of!

The whole process felt unprofessional The whole process felt unprofessional. The person on the phone got my last name, my phone number, and email address wrong. I walked in and was told could not receive medical attention without a mask, and they didn’t have any masks to give away. Which is complete nonsense, as I paid $259 for my visit out of pocket, I could be handed a mask that costs less than 2 cents for Quest Diagnostics to purchase. After I walked back to my car in the pouring rain to grab a mask after the pandemic is officially over, I came back in and was saw for my visit. The lady who took me into the room had no idea what I was there for, had to pull up the tests I ordered and paid for out of pocket to show her.
