I had a really good experience… I had a really good experience with getting an at-home COVID-19 antibody test for myself and my husband. I had a lot of anxiety around exposing my family to anyone, since we have quarantined quite strictly for some time now. The nurse reached out and communicated with care and helpful information the days leading up to the appointment. She was patient and flexible during the appointment as we had it outside and had to take turns to stay inside and watch our toddler. I would do it all over again, and would love to see this paired with actual COVID19 tests in the future!

Nurse did not show up Nurse did not show up. I emailed after waiting 20 minutes and they told me they had texted me yesterday morning cancelling due to updated regulations preventing in home testing. I didn't receive any text, very unprofessional and very disappointing.
