Unacceptable Delay and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been 17 days since I placed my order for the kit, and I still haven't received it. The customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Their slow and ineffective communication is very frustrating. I would expect much better service and prompt updates regarding my order status.

Detail Oriented DNA Health Test I think it’s amazing how even a simple cheek swab (saliva sample) can help you learn so much about yourself, your genetics, and your health prospects. I even learned quite a few details I never even knew about myself, nor have I ever questioned. The only suggestion I have that I think I could improve this system would be if there were more clear instructions for self-care to prevent potentially life-altering physical or mental health issues.

Counselling sessions removed no communication Premium DNA kit purchased with 2 counselling sessions with results provided on 05 Oct 2021. Removed one counselling session with NO notice, communication or compensation. Also ignored request for partial refund as original full service was not delivered. I only realised this when I looked within my app to see only 1 counselling session on offer.
