So far So far, awesome, really easy process. Haven’t received the results yet but I’ve been prompted to review 3 times already so here you go

No kit recieved Yet !? I ordered the test kit a week 1/2 ago. Still haven't recieved my order. So at the moment, my review is one star at best.

A bit confusing The test kit was affordable, shipped quickly, and easy to order! The instructions were a bit confusing (regarding labels and “if applicable” verbiage). I am also still waiting on results, and unclear about how to retrieve them from the patient portal. I was only able to find mention of the portal in the FAQ’s - no obvious link on website. When I attempt to set it up it, I receive an error message that states “invalid phone number.” Hoping additional directions will come via email, as the results may not be ready yet.

Good price & fast results! I was impressed with the speed at which I receive my test kit in the mail and pleased with the speed for my test results once I sent the completed test back. The instructions were simple to follow and I completed the test under 10 minutes. The results were easy to access on their website, downloadable and the test revealed what I had hoped it would. I can now make better decisions for my health moving forward. I would use Applied InGENuity Diagnostics again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting tests not covered by insurance (as was my case).
