2 Visits, 2 Completely Different Experiences I've had two visits with Galelio and two drastically different experiences...just goes to show that it all depends on the provider assigned to review your particular case/visit. The first visit was prompt and helpful, I received the needed medication promptly. My second visit was nothing more than a waste of time. The provider dismissed my concerns and simply suggested I try "treatment A and/or B"...in my profile it clearly states that I've tried both of those. When I said mentioned that back, the provider simply said "to let them know if I had any questions or need anything else"....well obviously I needed treatment because treatments A and B weren't working. At that point I just requested to close the case because it was obvious that person had no interest in helping.

Excellent! All the providers are extremely helpful and attentive. They are quick to respond, empathetic and caring. I've almost never been to a doctors office where I've received the same level of care. I never thought I'd say that I prefer virtual to in person. This is a game changer.

I live in a small town so everything… I live in a small town so everything was closed. I was able to travel somewhere else to get tests needed done that they told me to do and get my medication fast.
