They cloak themselves in the accouterments of a medical practice, but in my humble opinion, they are borderline fraudulent. I contacted them 3 times in writing instructing them not to renew my Rx. They ignored the instructions and billed me anyway for over $200. I'm disputing the payment with PayPal.

LifeMD is very professional and super convenient LifeMD is a very professional and on top of appts, interactions with the medical professionals and through. I was a bit skeptical at first but now am fully on board with the process and folks I'm working with.

I haven't dealt with the life MD… I haven't dealt with the life MD product yet or received any interaction with my appointment but the girl who helped me on the phone was the best one on one customer service I have had in years!!!!

The assistant that I had was Melody and… The assistant that I had was Melody and she was wonderful. She asked me the right questions and told me where to go and what to do. She was absolutely wonderful ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

If I could give more than 5 stars I… If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn’t recommend LifeMD more than I already have. I have had zero issues with them, always welling to help and very knowledgeable. Medication comes in a timely manner!
