As with my previous two orders As with my previous two orders, my most recent order was shipped to Montana and then to Burbank, CA even though my correct address is in your system. I called to SuperPill three times and never got a return call. I emailed Customer Service, and I got a reply over a week ago saying my order will be shipped again. As of this moment, I have not heard whether this has been done.

Thought I was SOL for a minute there… I ordered from Superpill on the 13th, a Monday morning. After jumping through a few simple, necessary hoops, I received a text and an email confirming my order. Then silence (no shipment information). After sending three emails and making two phone calls, I was beginning to think I was out of luck with this site. Finally someone got back to me (I wonder if there is just one employee trying to juggle everything). To my surprise, my order arrived on the 18th. The site says 3-5 days for delivery, and they delivered. Communication from this site, on my first experience, was garbage, but they delivered, and on time too. I will definitely be using this site again.

Overall - Very Good App Overall, I am pleased with your website. One thing I'd ask is for you to make it easier to apply the discounts offered. For example, I was attempting to utilize the 23% discount, but then I logged onto the app after selecting the 23%, but the app never applied the 23% at checkout so I became disgusted and just closed the app.

Have not received order Have not received order I did hear from reps sounded like they were going to send another package, however I guess not do not want to pay for something and get beat again sorry I not made of unfortunately!
