Your website says 3-4 business days for… Your website says 3-4 business days for standard delivery..!! I Ordered on Jan 4th still my delivery is pending. Called several times your customer service they could not help me.

Thought I was SOL for a minute there… I ordered from Superpill on the 13th, a Monday morning. After jumping through a few simple, necessary hoops, I received a text and an email confirming my order. Then silence (no shipment information). After sending three emails and making two phone calls, I was beginning to think I was out of luck with this site. Finally someone got back to me (I wonder if there is just one employee trying to juggle everything). To my surprise, my order arrived on the 18th. The site says 3-5 days for delivery, and they delivered. Communication from this site, on my first experience, was garbage, but they delivered, and on time too. I will definitely be using this site again.

Ordered, paid (order #18947) 7-1-23 but nothing! Shipped or processed as of 7/7/23 Ordered (#18947) 7-1-23. Nothing done, shipped, fulfilled as of 7/7/23. Credit card charged for $172 but nothing processed or shipped. 2 attempts to call and follow up but still no “fulfillment” I’m going to look for another discount Rx RexMD or similar. Call discover card first thing tomorrow and dispute charge, reverse payment. This is BS!!!
