Fantastic Service! Vala Health provide a fantastic service! Not only could I get an appointment really quickly, the service was top quality with an even quicker treatment plan. I'm not sure why you'd bother going to a GP practice anymore.

Fantastic service, highly recommend. This is the second time I have used Vala Health and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The website was really easy to navigate, there were a few appointment options available and it was clear what I needed to do to access the video call option once booked. The Doctor was warm and easy to talk to and was fantastic with my daughter who I booked the appointment for. They listened to my concerns and took this on board when recommending treatment. I came off the call feeling reassured, which feels especially important at the moment.
