Great service Great service. Was worried about an injury and got a video appointment within 2 hours of signing up. I received good advice and was very happy with everything. Will definitely use again as it was far, far better than visiting my local GP surgery, which is always running late. I also loved that Vala Health was risk free as I didn't have to leave my house, as we're self isolating at the moment.

First experience of using Vala health - FASTEST Healthcare I've ever received. First experience of using Vala health, whilst working in France. I informed them of my problem whilst working on a train journey at 1608 today, had a virtual appointment with someone in Paris at 1715 (whilst on the train), who emailed through a prescription straight after the consultation. I collected my prescription at Paris Monparpasse Station pharmacy when my train arrived at 1930. Incredibly responsive, efficient and professional. The consultation I felt was thorough and offered lots of practical advice as well as diagnosing and prescribing medication. The clinician also offeted direct follow up support if required making me feel fully supported. One VERY SATISFIED customer.

A great example of best practice all around I recently had a consultation with Natasha at a time when I was struggling with my health. She was incredibly friendly, supportive and thorough and her knowledge was second to none. She went above and beyond my expectations and nothing felt pressured or rushed which is rare these days - I cannot praise or recommend Vala Health and Natasha is particular enough and I recommend them to everyone.
