GBDr Hanum and his office staff are by… Dr Hanum and his office staff are by far the best in this field. They are always ready to answer questions and help and supportive as well. I have seen different Docs but non like them who actually listen and provide the best resources and resolution possible. If it wasn't for DrHanum and office and physicians now I'll be lost right now thank yall so much if I could give 10 stars I would love too physicans now for life

GBoffice manager has zero respect towards patients. Due to the matter of the situation and possible legal actions, I am not able to speak in regards to the situation, but I will say that, unfortunately I haven’t had the best experience and for the price and obviously if I didn’t need mental healthcare, obviously I would not be attending there.Having insurance, but still making a sacrifice due to being a single mother after the death of my significant other💔 I don’t have much time to go see a doctor in person. I will definitely say that this is reminded me of the days when they used to have pill mills at this point, since money seems to be the only thing they care about not the patient will being At this point, that’s how they made me feel. I have no complaints in regards to how I was treated by the doctors, but unfortunately, that seems to have been fake as well, and not once my mental health, my side of the story taken into consideration. I pray that no one else has what I did.

GBPatient Since 2020 and They Have Given Me My Life Back!!! So Grateful. I have been with Physicians Now since early 2020. With my regular doctor's office shutting down I HAD to find a replacement or risk my life falling apart due to unmanaged ADHD. If you have this mental illness you understand how important it is to stay in your current regiment especially if that means you are on a medication. I have been on this medication the majority of my adult life as I was diagnosed as a teen and then rediagnosed as a young adult (22ish). There is a stigma against medication where I'm originally from so I just pushed through life thinking I was just horrible at everything. It took a HUGE toll on my mental, emotional and physical health. I had been to plenty of doctors and on plenty of meds but when I was finally treated with respect, compassion, understanding and care by the Doctors. It even extends to the person helping you with billing or the lovely and polite woman who answers and helps always with cheer. They have gone above and beyond for me and in the 3 years I've been with them I have not thought about switching doctors one time and I wouldn't even contemplate it. I was originally seeing one physician there for about a year and he was okay but I didn't feel a good connection with him and then shortly after I was switched to my current doctor and we have a great relationship. I have never before felt like I can truly trust my doctors with my medication management or how to help me best and they have truly shown me otherwise and I am grateful for all they have done for me. This last 3 years has been the biggest period of growth I have ever experienced and I attribute that to consistent medication management and the stability I have found within the team at Physicians now. I do recommend them to anyone that asks and I understand not everyone wants to have to pay for a doctor's appointment out of pocket but you can always submit your super Bill to your current health insurance and make a claim and they should be able to help you get some reimbursement. That has been a huge help to me or using an fsa/hsa account would be helpful as well for something like that. I even know about an app called reimbursify and you can pay a nominal fee and have them deal with your claim for you and I haven't experienced it for myself but it does have reviews showing that they are able to do what they say so make your own decision on how you deal with that. I just had to ask Joey the amazing superpower behind Physicians now (I don't think this place could run without this woman, at least every time I call... Prbly crying ateadt 50% of the time, she is there catering to my needs, reassuring me and helping me with whatever I ask, even if it's outside of the scope of a normal she still does what she can to help and she has given me the comfort along with the doctors that I will always be taken care of and I have never not once been let down by them. I just asked to have my super Bill uploaded to my account every session and then I go ahead and submit those to my health insurance and it really does cut down on the cost but even if I had to pay 100% out of pocket I would still continue to see this doctor because I have never been more stable in my life despite going through some of the harshest times in my life. Including a breakup of a long relationship the loss of my home having to move around multiple times the pandemic finding out my sister had cancer and going through the entire process with her until her breast cancer was completely in remission, to helping me thru working full time and school full time, etc. At this point Physicians now feels like a family rather than a healthcare provider and it's just extremely comforting to feel like you can trust that what they're doing for you, or whatever they're requesting of you is 150% in your best interest. I came to them as a crazy chaotic whirlwind of messy emotions and a wife that I could not sustain. It didn't take them not long to get me to a point of completely handling all of my adult responsibilities and for the first time in my life ever I was able to hold down a job for more than a year. In fact I just left that job after 5 years because of the low pay and the worsening treatment and I have also been able to start full-time school and manage that extremely well as well. None of this would have been possible without all of their care the help they've provided me in session to support their provided me with outside of sessions and once again just the stability and treatment and the stability in the way that they treat me. I know that obviously if I call in office crying 50% of the time most normal places are going to think I'm completely off my rocker and treat me a bit negatively however I have never experienced this with them and even if they may feel some type of judgment towards me, they don't express it at all. I will stay with this group forever if possible.

GB5️⃣🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟 It was always such a struggle switching doctors or even finding a doctor people liked and had a good repore with. I've been using Physicians now for about 2 yrs and never once had bad experience leaving me feeling unheard and uncomfortably judged like I had in past situations. So 5 stars hands down because the care and expertise you'll receive is beyond outstanding 👏🥹
