I love this company I have had nothing… I love this company I have had nothing but excellent care and customer service. Yajara I am sure that is spelled wrong but she has been so extremely sweet and helpful. Been a patient for mental healthcare and have seen Dr multipal times in 5 months. Very disappointing service Very disappointing service. I waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written Medzino to get an update on my order, only to be told that they will have the pharmacy ship it on the same day. 4 days later stilo disnt receuve a tracking number or anything stating that it is on its way. I can even verify they ship to APO as they claim since i couldnt get ANYTHING to verify the address was entered correctly. It's hard to get birth control on deployment and I thought I found a great company l only to be disappointed 😞. UPDATE 1JUL2023 I received an email this morning that the order has been dispatched. Went to check the tracking information, using the tracking number provided, it stated that the label was created and THEN CANCELED. So nothing was being shipped to me.

They only provide script renewals They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.* *I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

Do NOT ever Do NOT ever, and i mean ever utilize this “company.” Especially if you are in dire need of meds. They promise a delivery date that ends up being inexplicably pushed back for weeks. And to “Yajara”, the supposed customer service rep, well, you’re a word i can’t write on the Internet. Don’t use this company.

Excellent service Excellent service. Really thankful I don't have to go out and risk getting Covid-19 or exposing my family members just to get my routine migraine medication I've been taking for 20 plus years. My doctor does not offer virtual visits currently so I decided to try Medzino. I filled out the detailed questionnaire and made payment (very reasonable price for my generic sumatriptan) and got the same dosage and amount of pills I would have gotten from an in person doctor visit. I received my medication in a few days in the mail. Highly recommend Medzino.
