They provide a great product and their prices are very reasonable. They only provide script renewals They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.* *I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

My doctor wanted to charge me $400 for… My doctor wanted to charge me $400 for an office visit just to renew an old prescription. I found Medzino on the web and they are a life saver. They only charge $20 for telemedicine with a doctor where I only had to send in photos of my skin condition. After other verifications, I received my medication via mail within a few days - from a pharmacy. Their technical support was super friendly and responsive!!
