I think this was the biggest scam I… I think this was the biggest scam I have ran across still haven’t received my order nor any response my tracking has been shown the same over three weeks now

Great company to deal with Probably the best customer service I have received in 10-15 years. Every time I call or email, they have responded courteously and efficiently the same day, often within an hour or two. The couple of times I have contacted them, it was usually an issue on my end. Couldn't figure out how to load my ID, and had a change of address another time. Never had an issue with shipping or timeliness of my order. Just refreshing in the volatile climate we're in to not be treated like a replaceable commodity.

They only provide script renewals They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.* *I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

I love this company I have had nothing… I love this company I have had nothing but excellent care and customer service. Yajara I am sure that is spelled wrong but she has been so extremely sweet and helpful. Been a patient for mental healthcare and have seen Dr multipal times in 5 months. Customer service and questions get answered quickly for sure 2 thumbs up …. Jennifer Holliday

I filled out a quick and easy form and after a warm and friendly consultation they made fast work of approving me for my medication. They shipped my medication and I received it faster than I would have ever expected. I am still in shock from how easy the whole process was and wish that I had discovered Medzino years ago. I feel that the ease of use and the kind customer service was a type of medicine in itself. One my heart and mind had been needing for a long time. I feel like I have found new friends in Medzino and couldn't be more grateful for them being there for me. Thank you Medzino, so much.
