Very disappointing service Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

A LIFE SAVER The ease of use and the fast delivery exceeded every expectation I had. I am always trepidatious when it comes to seeking consultations and care and am often met with headache after headache BUT Medzino saved me from all that. Streamline, efficient, fast delivery and amazing customer service from beginning to end. I filled out a quick and easy form and after a warm and friendly consultation they made fast work of approving me for my medication. They shipped my medication and I received it faster than I would have ever expected. I am still in shock from how easy the whole process was and wish that I had discovered Medzino years ago. I feel that the ease of use and the kind customer service was a type of medicine in itself. One my heart and mind had been needing for a long time. I feel like I have found new friends in Medzino and couldn't be more grateful for them being there for me. Thank you Medzino, so much.

False advertising This company is misleading and provides false advertising. After attempting to get help with adhd treatment, while everywhere plastered on their site says they are licensed in all 50 states and you don't need a pharmacy, apparently in small almost invisible type there is one place that says they do not provide treatment outside of TX. They stole my money and have caused me mental anguish. Save yourself the time.

I love this company I have had nothing… I love this company I have had nothing but excellent care and customer service. Yajara I am sure that is spelled wrong but she has been so extremely sweet and helpful. Been a patient for mental healthcare and have seen Dr multipal times in 5 months. Customer service and questions get answered quickly for sure 2 thumbs up …. Jennifer Holliday

Do NOT ever Do NOT ever, and i mean ever utilize this “company.” Especially if you are in dire need of meds. They promise a delivery date that ends up being inexplicably pushed back for weeks. And to “Yajara”, the supposed customer service rep, well, you’re a word i can’t write on the Internet. Don’t use this company.
