GBThey only provide script renewals They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.* *I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

ITVery disappointing service Very disappointing service. I waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written Medzino to get an update on my order, only to be told that they will have the pharmacy ship it on the same day. 4 days later stilo disnt receuve a tracking number or anything stating that it is on its way. I can even verify they ship to APO as they claim since i couldnt get ANYTHING to verify the address was entered correctly. It's hard to get birth control on deployment and I thought I found a great company l only to be disappointed 😞. UPDATE 1JUL2023 I received an email this morning that the order has been dispatched. Went to check the tracking information, using the tracking number provided, it stated that the label was created and THEN CANCELED. So nothing was being shipped to me.

GBMy doctor wanted to charge me $400 for… My doctor wanted to charge me $400 for an office visit just to renew an old prescription. I found Medzino on the web and they are a life saver. They only charge $20 for telemedicine with a doctor where I only had to send in photos of my skin condition. After other verifications, I received my medication via mail within a few days - from a pharmacy. Their technical support was super friendly and responsive!!

GBVery disappointing service Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

GBI think this was the biggest scam I… I think this was the biggest scam I have ran across still haven’t received my order nor any response my tracking has been shown the same over three weeks now
