GBThey only provide script renewals They do not diagnose or provide new prescriptions like they claim. They apparently only provide renewals on recent prescriptions. $80 for a renewal?! They also claimed that it would only take a day but it took 3 days (not including the weekend) of unnecessarily dragged out messages (one short, robotic message a day then wait 24 hours for a reply). I wasn't even sure I was talking to a human let alone a doctor. I was only sent the doctor's last name via a text message alert and could find no other information or credentials for whom I was speaking with. Also, their website is absolutely terrible, it barely works. I give them one star for providing a timely refund.* *I do not accept Medzino's reply. "2-minute consultation when purchasing the medication." What are you even talking about? Nonsense.

GBDo NOT ever Do NOT ever, and i mean ever utilize this “company.” Especially if you are in dire need of meds. They promise a delivery date that ends up being inexplicably pushed back for weeks. And to “Yajara”, the supposed customer service rep, well, you’re a word i can’t write on the Internet. Don’t use this company.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. Really thankful I don't have to go out and risk getting Covid-19 or exposing my family members just to get my routine migraine medication I've been taking for 20 plus years. My doctor does not offer virtual visits currently so I decided to try Medzino. I filled out the detailed questionnaire and made payment (very reasonable price for my generic sumatriptan) and got the same dosage and amount of pills I would have gotten from an in person doctor visit. I received my medication in a few days in the mail. Highly recommend Medzino.

GBI'm an extremely happy customer and… I'm an extremely happy customer and plan to be back. I confess at first I was worried that I was getting scammed just because there are many online scams these days and I was a new customer. I sent them an email practically every day and always received an extremely polite and reassuring email back, and then got a tracking number for my order. For a couple of days it didn't show up in the USPS website and that worried me, too, but I found out then that sometimes it takes a few days for the post office to actually acquire these tracking numbers. In about a week I received my order just as I expected at a very reasonable price, too. I can't thank these nice folks enough. Arrived from a very reliable pharmacy in Kentucky. Really good customer service, extremely polite, forgot to mention I made a phone call too and they were very nice then as well. Couldn't be happier.
