They only charge $20 for telemedicine with a doctor where I only had to send in photos of my skin condition. Very disappointing service Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

I waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written Medzino to get an update on my order, only to be told that they will have the pharmacy ship it on the same day. 4 days later stilo disnt receuve a tracking number or anything stating that it is on its way. I can even verify they ship to APO as they claim since i couldnt get ANYTHING to verify the address was entered correctly. It's hard to get birth control on deployment and I thought I found a great company l only to be disappointed 😞. UPDATE 1JUL2023 I received an email this morning that the order has been dispatched. Went to check the tracking information, using the tracking number provided, it stated that the label was created and THEN CANCELED. So nothing was being shipped to me.
