Very disappointing service Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

And to “Yajara”, the supposed customer service rep, well, you’re a word i can’t write on the Internet. Don’t use this company.
