GBThe calming bed is just what it says We just received the calming dog bed for our Gunner and he immediately curled up in and fell asleep. I am so glad to see him relaxing instead of going crazy over the neighbor's cats. This is truly a game changer.

GBSize matters I ordered a large for my beagle. The bed that arrived was much smaller than expected. My beagle seems ok with it, but I really thought she would have more room. I ordered the bed using my phone and had a problem with my mailing address. I contacted customer support, and the problem was immediately resolved. I also contacted customer support about the delivery date, and I received a quick response.

GBBe careful measuring. I have the same problem as others, beware when ordering the size is much smaller. As a result I have 3 beds, and my living room is a fluffy room. Yes, they love them. During the day they go from one to another

CYLonger delivery time than expected but excellent customer care! Unfortunately I had to wait much longer than the predicted 4-10 business days for delivery, however, customer service were very prompt and addressed my concerns. I was supplied with tracking information and all my correspondence was answered quickly with empathy and understanding. I understand my order had a long journey and the goods did arrive, albeit the order was split with two items coming at once and the third 3 days later. My dogs were happy with their new beds and the company did give me apologies and a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. I would consider using again in the future, mostly because of the fabulous customer service team who genuinely care about your satisfaction.
