GBReally Lovely Dog Bed I ordered an XXL bed in the wine colour for my Lurcher who loves to stretch out as well as curl up. He absolutely loves it. I got this one as my partner bought him a large for his house which Norm took to straight away so I had no qualms about purchasing this for my home as it is just fabulous. They are lovely quality unlike one I purchased one from somewhere else years ago which had no sides to speak of and was flat. From my experience, I can highly recommend these beds

GBBuyers beware There's a serious issue with bed sizes. I ordered an XL for my 22kg Airedale Terrier and the bed was far too small for her. I contacted the company about returning it and was advised that return postage was not free. However, they did offer me a 15% refund on the first bed and a 30% refund if I purchased a second bed instead of returning the first one. I reluctantly went ahead with the second order. The only reason for doing so was that the return postage cost from the UK to China was over £70. The second bed XXL is large enough...in fact it is very considerably larger than the XL. Which makes me wonder if they sent me the wrong size with the first bed. Reading through reviews this seems to be happening a lot, I can't help but wonder if it's not too much of a coincidence? Quality wise they're okay. I've bought better and cheaper locally. I doubt they will wash well as they're pretty flat, nothing like the fluffy pics on the website. I would not recommend and definitely won't be repurchasing.

GBI would just like to add further I would just like to add further, that after checking the complaints on here and seeing that this company have 'responded' and are dealing with everyone's matter, this is also scandalous!! I have had two 'replies' now and these have both just been blank emails. Yet, it appears to the 1000's of customers checking reviews on this website that this fraudulent company are actually doing the right thing and refunded money!!

GBCommitted to customer satisfaction Committed to customer satisfaction. That’s a joke. Yes I was contacted by email. I was offered a 30% refund which result in a £45 loss. They have no respect for consumers rights in the UK.
