Committed to customer satisfaction Committed to customer satisfaction. That’s a joke. Yes I was contacted by email. I was offered a 30% refund which result in a £45 loss. They have no respect for consumers rights in the UK.

The best comforting bed! I have bought other brands of similar… I have bought other brands of similar calming beds but the Mr Fluffy Friend bed has been the best. Our rescue lurcher, who suffers from separation anxiety, really loves her bed and sleeps soundly for hours instead of constantly trying to share my bed!

My dog loves it. My dog loves it. Would be 5 stars but the recommended size was a little small for my 50 lb. Lab. I got next bigger size and it's good. Washes well. Not as deep as pictures. Delivery was a little slow, but they answer dmails.

Size matters I ordered a large for my beagle. The bed that arrived was much smaller than expected. My beagle seems ok with it, but I really thought she would have more room. I ordered the bed using my phone and had a problem with my mailing address. I contacted customer support, and the problem was immediately resolved. I also contacted customer support about the delivery date, and I received a quick response.
