GBI would just like to add further I would just like to add further, that after checking the complaints on here and seeing that this company have 'responded' and are dealing with everyone's matter, this is also scandalous!! I have had two 'replies' now and these have both just been blank emails. Yet, it appears to the 1000's of customers checking reviews on this website that this fraudulent company are actually doing the right thing and refunded money!!

GBThe best comforting bed! I have bought other brands of similar… I have bought other brands of similar calming beds but the Mr Fluffy Friend bed has been the best. Our rescue lurcher, who suffers from separation anxiety, really loves her bed and sleeps soundly for hours instead of constantly trying to share my bed!

GBAmazing dog bed We bought a big round fluffy bed for our boxer, he took to it straight away and snuggles into the bed. We are very pleased with the purchase, no complaints at all, service was great, would certainly recommend Mr fluffy friend.

GBMy anxious dog is delighted! I bought an extra large bed for my Cocker Spaniel. I do think that sizing up is a good idea. My dog loves this bed. Because she suffers from anxiety, I hoped that she would benefit from sleeping on this, and she has. My transaction experience was good--while I initially didn't hear much from the company, they sent the bed as requested and it came well packed and secure. I think it would be helpful to communicate a bit more with the customer when the bed ships, for example. But I am satisfied, and I think this is a very good bed.

CYLonger delivery time than expected but excellent customer care! Unfortunately I had to wait much longer than the predicted 4-10 business days for delivery, however, customer service were very prompt and addressed my concerns. I was supplied with tracking information and all my correspondence was answered quickly with empathy and understanding. I understand my order had a long journey and the goods did arrive, albeit the order was split with two items coming at once and the third 3 days later. My dogs were happy with their new beds and the company did give me apologies and a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. I would consider using again in the future, mostly because of the fabulous customer service team who genuinely care about your satisfaction.
