Really Lovely Dog Bed I ordered an XXL bed in the wine colour for my Lurcher who loves to stretch out as well as curl up. He absolutely loves it. I got this one as my partner bought him a large for his house which Norm took to straight away so I had no qualms about purchasing this for my home as it is just fabulous. They are lovely quality unlike one I purchased one from somewhere else years ago which had no sides to speak of and was flat. From my experience, I can highly recommend these beds

Their anti-anxiety bed appears to be… Their anti-anxiety bed appears to be made out of quality materials and is very soft. However, I purchased an XXL and my four month old puppy almost fill it. The bed is nowhere near as fluffy as it appears in on their website. The directions that came with the bed said, the bed need to sit for 15 minutes to fluff out due to the way it is packaged. Once i fallowed the internal instructions and I was not seeing a noticeable improvement I contacted the company. They said it needs to sit for at least 24 hours before use. I waited an additional week before allowing my dog to use it, and I didn’t see any difference from the first 15 minutes out of the packaging. When washing the bed, make sure that you follow their directions. It is very easy to ruin. The anti slip doesn’t work very well on wood floors. My dog does seem to enjoy it though.

Longer delivery time than expected but excellent customer care! Unfortunately I had to wait much longer than the predicted 4-10 business days for delivery, however, customer service were very prompt and addressed my concerns. I was supplied with tracking information and all my correspondence was answered quickly with empathy and understanding. I understand my order had a long journey and the goods did arrive, albeit the order was split with two items coming at once and the third 3 days later. My dogs were happy with their new beds and the company did give me apologies and a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. I would consider using again in the future, mostly because of the fabulous customer service team who genuinely care about your satisfaction.

Buyers beware There's a serious issue with bed sizes. I ordered an XL for my 22kg Airedale Terrier and the bed was far too small for her. I contacted the company about returning it and was advised that return postage was not free. However, they did offer me a 15% refund on the first bed and a 30% refund if I purchased a second bed instead of returning the first one. I reluctantly went ahead with the second order. The only reason for doing so was that the return postage cost from the UK to China was over £70. The second bed XXL is large enough...in fact it is very considerably larger than the XL. Which makes me wonder if they sent me the wrong size with the first bed. Reading through reviews this seems to be happening a lot, I can't help but wonder if it's not too much of a coincidence? Quality wise they're okay. I've bought better and cheaper locally. I doubt they will wash well as they're pretty flat, nothing like the fluffy pics on the website. I would not recommend and definitely won't be repurchasing.

Be careful measuring. I have the same problem as others, beware when ordering the size is much smaller. As a result I have 3 beds, and my living room is a fluffy room. Yes, they love them. During the day they go from one to another
