GBI would just like to add further I would just like to add further, that after checking the complaints on here and seeing that this company have 'responded' and are dealing with everyone's matter, this is also scandalous!! I have had two 'replies' now and these have both just been blank emails. Yet, it appears to the 1000's of customers checking reviews on this website that this fraudulent company are actually doing the right thing and refunded money!!

GBTerrible transaction- beds are alot… Terrible transaction- beds are alot smaller than advertised and my dogs avoided them like the plague. When i tried to return them, they told me I had to send them back to China. No local US return address- after complaining and them offering on 15% return, I got them to refund 50% and donated the beds to local rescue. F*** this company and its products

GBThe calming bed is just what it says We just received the calming dog bed for our Gunner and he immediately curled up in and fell asleep. I am so glad to see him relaxing instead of going crazy over the neighbor's cats. This is truly a game changer.

GBTheir anti-anxiety bed appears to be… Their anti-anxiety bed appears to be made out of quality materials and is very soft. However, I purchased an XXL and my four month old puppy almost fill it. The bed is nowhere near as fluffy as it appears in on their website. The directions that came with the bed said, the bed need to sit for 15 minutes to fluff out due to the way it is packaged. Once i fallowed the internal instructions and I was not seeing a noticeable improvement I contacted the company. They said it needs to sit for at least 24 hours before use. I waited an additional week before allowing my dog to use it, and I didn’t see any difference from the first 15 minutes out of the packaging. When washing the bed, make sure that you follow their directions. It is very easy to ruin. The anti slip doesn’t work very well on wood floors. My dog does seem to enjoy it though.

CYLonger delivery time than expected but excellent customer care! Unfortunately I had to wait much longer than the predicted 4-10 business days for delivery, however, customer service were very prompt and addressed my concerns. I was supplied with tracking information and all my correspondence was answered quickly with empathy and understanding. I understand my order had a long journey and the goods did arrive, albeit the order was split with two items coming at once and the third 3 days later. My dogs were happy with their new beds and the company did give me apologies and a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. I would consider using again in the future, mostly because of the fabulous customer service team who genuinely care about your satisfaction.
