GBI received full information regarding… I received full information regarding the product and the cost. All of my questions were answered. I am excited about the fact that I will receive a lock box so paramedics will have access to my home without breaking down a door!

GBGetting started. I received my unit today (on expected date) and got it setup. One problem I had was getting the lock box to open but a Customer Service gentleman walked me through an alternate method. Another was going through the test action where I ended up with a Help Wanted operator who resolved my mistake. Hope to do better next time.
