GBGetting started. I received my unit today (on expected date) and got it setup. One problem I had was getting the lock box to open but a Customer Service gentleman walked me through an alternate method. Another was going through the test action where I ended up with a Help Wanted operator who resolved my mistake. Hope to do better next time.

GBI spoke to Scott today I spoke to Scott today. He was very patient in answering all my questions. My only thing that was unsettling was that once he processed my payment he was eager to end the phone call but I kept him on the phone for another minute or two for three questions I thought of at the very end. He answered all those additional questions quite nicely and that sealed the deal for me that I had chosen the right company.
