GBBraceLab MetaGrip I use BraceLab's MetaGrip devices on both of my wrists. The products function well to support and protect both of my CMC joints. My Doctor recommended that I use your products. One area that could be improved is the Velcro attachments. The Velcro straps on both of my devices have worn out prematurely after only 3 months of usage. When I brought this to the attention of your staff to see what could be done to fix it; your representative offered to replace my most recent purchase with another one. I appreciated that immensely. Your representative was very polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about my devices. I submitted photos of my worn left MetaGrip Velcro straps to highlight and identify the issue I was experiencing. Some of the Velcro hooks had broken down and the strap itself had started to separate. Within one week I received a replacement MetaGrip in the mail. Since I wear my MetaGrip devices 24/7 I was more than pleased to receive the replacement device. Thank you for your products and for your support.
