GBTop Notch Company This company has been nothing but fantastic to me. I had a stroke in my Spine on 09/05/23. That left me with the need for Catheters. They are on it. They know exactly when my supplies are running low and call me. Yesenia in the Billing Dept is as sweet as she can be. Knowledgeable, quick to respond and she listened to what I needed. They bend over backwards to help with anything.

GBI appreciated the ABC’s providing … I appreciated the ABC’s providing tracking process. However, the package was sitting under the scorching sun at the front door when I noticed it. I was in the house but the bell didn’t ring. I’m not sure whether I can use the supplies.

GBKeep your items until you have the replacement in hand They REFUSED To send me FedEx label for return. Stated FedEX had it. FEdEx showed up less than 2 HOURS after getting off phone with ABC and was told it would be 2-5 days before they showed up. I didn't even have things boxed up, but didn't matter as I FedEX had NO LABEL and I had repeatedly told ABC they could have their items returned when I received my correct items given the month-long fiasco from them! Against my better judgment, I returned the items when FedEx came back after several REPEATED calls to ABC regarding the shipping label. In the meantime, I had tracking for the corrected items. But GUESS WHAT!?!? THEY NEVER SENT THOSE ITMES TO ME- THEY SENT THEM BACK TO THEMSELVES!!! FORCED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET ELSEWHER DUE TO THEIR STUPIDITY!! BEWARE!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!! I contacte my insurance to make sure that ABC files NO CLAIMS for the returned items and for the items they failed to ship as I REFUSE TO PAY FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED! WASTE OF YOUR TIEM!!! STEER CLEAR AND GO ELSEWHWERE!

GBI had a corrective surgery on my stoma… I had a corrective surgery on my stoma due to a hernia. ABC would not do a new prescription unless the doctor approved. I waited almost 2 weeks until I finally called my doctor and asked them to call ABC. I don't know if ABC had a wrong fax or what, but my doctors office call and we got it resolved. Kathy form the customer service at lest got me some samples from Hollister until we got this mess figured out as I was almost out. Even with the samples provided
