It was easy to find the part I needed… It was easy to find the part I needed on your website (24" ShowerBuddy chair wheel). It wasn't outrageously expensive. The order process was easy. Delivery was quick and timely with no product issues. The part was easily installed and fit perfectly. No issues anywhere in the process. In contrast, a competitor took 2 days to get back to me on my inquiry. I purchased and you shipped what I needed before they even got back to me.

Shower Buddy sb7e. I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available. The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

Great chair, expensive parts to fix I suppose the slow shipping was the main disappointment, followed closely by a 2000+ shower chair having 1 wheel/brake go bad and having to pay 100 + shipping, for 1 replacement wheel?. You should know that our insurance didn’t cover this chair but glad we have it. I take it back, needing the wheel was worse than shipping.
