It was easy to find the part I needed… It was easy to find the part I needed on your website (24" ShowerBuddy chair wheel). It wasn't outrageously expensive. The order process was easy. Delivery was quick and timely with no product issues. The part was easily installed and fit perfectly. No issues anywhere in the process. In contrast, a competitor took 2 days to get back to me on my inquiry. I purchased and you shipped what I needed before they even got back to me.

Thank You showerbuddy and Oscar 💯🦾 Actually I have no words to describe how wonderful and life changing SB1 has been, before shower buddy arrived two people had to lift up my shower chair and put me in the shower stall, due to this I could take showers only when two people were present and could help out, now I can take as many showers as I like and at any hour with only one caretaker. P.S I want to specially thank Oscar for his excellent guidance, knowledge and support.

This is the second shower chair I have… This is the second shower chair I have gotten from them. The customer service is awesome in explaining their products. They stand behind each product. I am confident that I have a quality product to use and won't have to worry about it not being strong.

Great chair, expensive parts to fix I suppose the slow shipping was the main disappointment, followed closely by a 2000+ shower chair having 1 wheel/brake go bad and having to pay 100 + shipping, for 1 replacement wheel?. You should know that our insurance didn’t cover this chair but glad we have it. I take it back, needing the wheel was worse than shipping.

ShowerGlyde SG3 is great! Purchased a ShowerGlyde SG3 for my 88 yr old mother to use. Extremely well designed and manufactured; works perfectly and glides easily. Has made helping mom shower so much easier on my back and so much safer for her. The hard seat is VERY hard though so recommend ordering the soft seat. Needed to order extension legs to go over the jacuzzi tub in her bathroom, and the order took several months to get shipped. Initial lack of communication regarding the legs being backordered is why I took off 1 star in my rating.
