So helpful! My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.

Thank You showerbuddy and Oscar 💯🦾 Actually I have no words to describe how wonderful and life changing SB1 has been, before shower buddy arrived two people had to lift up my shower chair and put me in the shower stall, due to this I could take showers only when two people were present and could help out, now I can take as many showers as I like and at any hour with only one caretaker. ShowerBuddy SB2T warranty repair When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery.
