He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. My father has his life back The lift chair we got to help my father up after he has fallen is a blessing. It allows us to get him up with lifting him ourselves,avoiding further injury to him or us. He is unstable on his sonetimes and it has keptvhim fron enjoying his life to the fullest.
