Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

Shower Buddy sb7e. I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available. The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. ShowerGlyde SG3 is great! Purchased a ShowerGlyde SG3 for my 88 yr old mother to use. Extremely well designed and manufactured; works perfectly and glides easily. Has made helping mom shower so much easier on my back and so much safer for her. The hard seat is VERY hard though so recommend ordering the soft seat. Needed to order extension legs to go over the jacuzzi tub in her bathroom, and the order took several months to get shipped. Initial lack of communication regarding the legs being backordered is why I took off 1 star in my rating.

ShowerBuddy SB2T warranty repair When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery. Oscar set up a video call, diagnosed the problem, and sent a replacement part right away, after giving me very useful tips on installing the part. Excellent customer support, many thanks!
