Shower Buddy sb7e. I purchased the Shower Buddy model sb7e. It is reasonably priced when compared to other equipment available. The carrying case was out of stock when I traveled recently so unfortunately I was unable to take it with me. I have used it at home when I had surgery recently and it fits in very small bathrooms and can be acommodated in tight spots. Needed unusual replacement part I called needing small part that was not listed in the catalog. Oscar went above and beyond in helping me identify the part, finding the part and shipping it out very quickly. He was very pleasant and personable- it was an unexpectedly great customer experience which seems rare these days.

Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.
