Oscar went above and beyond in helping me identify the part, finding the part and shipping it out very quickly. Due to shipment and supply-Covid issues the travel shower buddy was not available for a few months but when we were able to order it online it came fast! I am not sure whether the new adjustable to be slightly shorter version is available, this is what I need, that is why 4 stars instead of five. The shower buddy is great, easy to assemble, lightweight, well constructed, good product just a couple of inches too tall.
