Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.

In contrast, a competitor took 2 days to get back to me on my inquiry. I purchased and you shipped what I needed before they even got back to me.
