GBShowerGlyde SG3 is great! Purchased a ShowerGlyde SG3 for my 88 yr old mother to use. Extremely well designed and manufactured; works perfectly and glides easily. Has made helping mom shower so much easier on my back and so much safer for her. The hard seat is VERY hard though so recommend ordering the soft seat. Needed to order extension legs to go over the jacuzzi tub in her bathroom, and the order took several months to get shipped. Initial lack of communication regarding the legs being backordered is why I took off 1 star in my rating.

CAFriendly, kind, thoughtful, helpful! Thank you for going out of your way to help me out, even contacting me on a holiday weekend! Due to shipment and supply-Covid issues the travel shower buddy was not available for a few months but when we were able to order it online it came fast! I am not sure whether the new adjustable to be slightly shorter version is available, this is what I need, that is why 4 stars instead of five. The shower buddy is great, easy to assemble, lightweight, well constructed, good product just a couple of inches too tall.

GBWe love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt… We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt chair. I’ve had to replace the tilt cable and shocks and both experiences have been great. They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything from how they work, how to remove and replace them through FaceTime. My only recommendation & reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the price. These chairs are ridiculously expensive as is all handicap equipment. If a person is disabled and needs equipment for safety and improved quality of life but their only income is limited, it’s near impossible to afford the needed handicapped equipment. Most times cost is what prevents a disabled person from getting what they need and ultimately that leads to more health problems. I would give 5 stars if cost was more affordable.

GBSo helpful! My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.

GBThis is the top of the line sliding transfer bench We were looking for a well made sliding shower transfer bench and about gave up until we found the ShowerGlyde. All of the others were made of thin aluminum tubing like a walker is made of and only offered a one-year warranty. ShowerGlyde's tracks are extruded aluminum and the seat travels on ball bearing rollers. We have a wide shower and customer support quickly answered all of our questions regarding sizing and heights. When we opened the box, everything was well packed and the assembly instructions were the most readable ever supplied with a product. Assembly took less than an hour from opening the box to completion using just an allen wrench for a tool. We paid a little more for this than the low quality alternatives, but it was well worth it.
