My father has his life back The lift chair we got to help my father up after he has fallen is a blessing. It allows us to get him up with lifting him ourselves,avoiding further injury to him or us. He is unstable on his sonetimes and it has keptvhim fron enjoying his life to the fullest. We purchased a second chair so that we can keep one at home and one in the car at all times it has given him his life back my family and i cant thank you enough thank you from the bottom of our hearts

So helpful! My shower chair somehow lost a foot plate during a hospital trip so I called SB and spoke with Oscar. He suggested continuing the call on FaceTime so he could see the part I needed. He then checked on its availability (it was from an older model), did some problem-solving and figured out how to make it work for my chair, and made sure the replacement part was shipped out that afternoon. It could not have been easier, thanks to Oscar.

Great Customer Service Particularly appreciate that representative got on a video chat and helped design the best options for our situation. Wasn't sure if the bath bench would fit and operate properly in the available space. Representative was very helpful. Great product, but needs some improvements The glide system is superior! The concept is superior! Very sturdy. However the seat is not as comfortable as past commode over the toilet so my family is having to swap out the two for shower days. I also miss the safety of having an arm handle on the inside edge.
