We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt… We love our 2nd hand shower buddy tilt chair. I’ve had to replace the tilt cable and shocks and both experiences have been great. They are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything from how they work, how to remove and replace them through FaceTime. My only recommendation & reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because of the price. These chairs are ridiculously expensive as is all handicap equipment. If a person is disabled and needs equipment for safety and improved quality of life but their only income is limited, it’s near impossible to afford the needed handicapped equipment. Most times cost is what prevents a disabled person from getting what they need and ultimately that leads to more health problems. I would give 5 stars if cost was more affordable.

ShowerBuddy SB2T warranty repair When the tilt mechanism of our recently purchased (about 2 months) ShowerBuddy SB2T stopped working, I contacted Oscar, who had helped with another issue at the time of delivery.
