There was a product that was out of stock and Wiley went above and beyond to see if the product was somewhere else. He told me he'll check with the suppler to see if they had it (which they did) he emailed me within 10 minutes after we hung up the phone and notified me that it was in stock. Wiley was great!

GBBetter than last time I ordered Better than last time I ordered. I hope the items are good this time. Strangest is night bag and now, I'm uncertain about a different leg bag. Last experience with the night bag left me with a bunch of angst and inability to connect via phone to start a return. I may be stuck with cost to ship back or cost of that part of the order. You all had been a "referral" for me to many people needing medical supplies. Not comfortable to do that now. Maybe things will improve. Sure hope so.

GBUpdate: Ordering great, coupon code late... Revised: I do believe the 5% coupon credit was applied after writing this review. I received an automated message regarding a refund, but no explanation was provide. Thank you! Everything about ordering was great - the reason I gave a four star instead of a 5 is because I didn't get the 5% discount code until after I checked out-so I couldn't go back and use it on my order.
