As with most big companies, there is no easy, or quick way of doing this. It turns out I had to call. After 20 minutes or so, I was told someone would phone me (at some point) to take my claim information.

You have a lot of medical supplies on… You have a lot of medical supplies on your site and I was able to find what I needed. It will arrive in 1-3 days which is a short delivery time. If I ever need anything else, or if someone else in my family needs medical supplies I will tell them about your company.

Autoship has been great The autoship has been going well so far, but this last time, I didn't receive any notice about the shipment. Not that it really mattered, but I kind of like to know the money will be leaving my account ahead of time.

Everything went perfectly! There are many scam sites out on the internet that appear to be legitimate sellers of products, but they are fly by nighters trying to rip you off. Vitality Medical is the real deal! I was very pleased with the quick shipment!

Better than last time I ordered Better than last time I ordered. I hope the items are good this time. Strangest is night bag and now, I'm uncertain about a different leg bag. Last experience with the night bag left me with a bunch of angst and inability to connect via phone to start a return. I may be stuck with cost to ship back or cost of that part of the order. You all had been a "referral" for me to many people needing medical supplies. Not comfortable to do that now. Maybe things will improve. Sure hope so.
