HELPFUL SALESPERSON We had a great experience from start to finish with ordering our lift chair. We were able to chat with our salesman, Tim who was very helpful in explaining all our questions in a very professional manner. We chose all the options we wanted in a timely manner. I called ( Saturday) to get more info… I called ( Saturday) to get more info re: a specific lift to use for my husband. The representative I spoke with was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I placed the order the same day and was told I should receive the lift by the end of the week.

Helpful staff The staff were very helpful in making my purchase. The only negative aspect is they added sales tax on to the bill for a tax free purchase. I am trusting they will get this taken care of soon.
