USThe experience/Transaction was quick. The experience/Transaction was quick & easy because Mr. Ish; (I think that was his name), had all of the answers except he didn't know the difference options for shipping. I needed the item much, much, quicker than he stated & I was willing to pay whatever cost to get it quicker. He was supposed to call me the following morning to let me know if I could get it quicker; he never called & that will certainly remain in my mind for future needs!!!!!

USCustomer support has been wonderful as… Customer support has been wonderful as far as keeping me updated. Laura R contacted me about the model I ordered was discontinued. Med mart offered me an upgrade for free which truly was a blessing. I'm financing the scooter and only allowed so much, so knowing that I could get the scooter upgrade for free was a blessing. Unfortunately I didn't have enough to get at least 1 year protection plan because I would have been over my loan amount but nevertheless I'm grateful to be able to purchase a new scooter for my mom. Grateful to God for leading me to Med mart website.

USMed Mart was t place… Med Mart was the most competitive place wise, then to top it off, I had the pleasure of dealing with “Lyn” as my contact person. I found her to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Her communication skills were excellent. I am extremely impressed with my purchase from Med Mart.

USThey have not called me back after… They have not called me back after promising a call from the repair shop over a week ago..Getting it fixed on my own! Med-Mart has no service expediency, they run the warranty out in the weeks it takes to diagnose and mail parts and then set up another service appointment for the service person…..WHO NEEDS THIS?
