GBmy rating might be higher but ... my rating might be higher but I'm not really sure how to rate this. How do you rate a service that you have no control over as far as pricing goes? I'm able to negotiate prices with most suppliers/services but for this this service I have no choice and have ti accept rate increases or find someone new. how do you rate a service that wants to charge you $75.00 for an old office chair you want to have taken away knowing that I could break it down, stuff it in a garbage bag and throw it with the other bags and it would be taken away for nothing? There are other things I could mention but mostly they pick up every night with no problems so I give what I give.

GBPoor Customer Service Working with Gaeta has been a most unpleasant experience. We have scheduled garbage pick ups with them which they never meet. When we call their customer service, we get the run around and lied to being told they are on their way and never show up. Arrogant knowing they don't have much competition on Staten Island treating customer like garbage.
