GBI began my Livia journey a year ago I began my Livia journey a year ago and haven’t had any regrets 💕I was always taking at least 3 Tylenols to help with cramps and knew in the long run how bad that would be for my liver, and really wanted to stop having to use medicine for pain. Using the Livia along with changing my diet and drinking more herbal teas has made major improvements in my menstrual cycle. Ive only had to replace the flower pads once due to me incorrectly storing.

NOVery helpful product with some design flaws It’s a wonderful and helpful product for those of us suffering from period pain. You can put the pads on your belly or back, wherever it hurts. It’s a TENS device, which you should also be able to get from your doctor although I guess that’s not an option in many places. My only complaint with the Livia is the design which has some important flaws. The wire is too short, too fragile (breaks easily) and doesn’t stick in the device well enough, causing it to fall out. You really don’t want it to fall off into the toilet for instance… The battery life could also improve, same with the gel pads. I ended up buying a cheaper TENS device online that had these properties after my second attempt with Livia.

CAEndometriosis life-saver When my endometriosis was stopping me from doing anything - attending classes, walking my dog, etc - Livia was a life-saver. It made my life possible again.

GBMy daughter has struggled with severe… My daughter has struggled with severe Cramps. Livia has made the difference between her missing 2 to 3 days of school every month and going in with a smile on her face. I would guess the pain reduction is 30 to 70% from her reports.

CALivia saved me! At a time where I didnt know what else to do about my menstrual cramping and going back onto birth control wasnt an option, Livia truly pulled me out of some very dark times. Being that the device is so discrete, I love that Im able to live my life totally normally without crippling pains - even wearing it to work is totally an option (and necessary)! I love Livia and I dont know what I ever did without it.
