Life changing. I got Livia when it first came out and it has been life-changing. I suffer from severe periods and extreme pelvic pain. These episodes happen so fast that Livia is the only thing that helps me. I've only had to replace my cords once and that's after biweekly use for over a year. Its settings vary so while I will comfortably rock the highest setting, others can start with the lowest level. The battery life seems good and the pads aren't bad to replace.
