I bought it I bought it, I used it once and it seemed to ve effective, then had my purse stolen with the device in it. I got charged and tried to cancel the subscription. Then I got charged a month later and when I sent a contact request to cancel, I was told to order a new device and get 50% of a new device. I may have considered it, but how about you just cancel the subscription as asked instead. Never buying anything from this company, they suck.

Its settings vary so while I will comfortably rock the highest setting, others can start with the lowest level. The battery life seems good and the pads aren't bad to replace.
