GBWhen I tried Livia for the first time I When I tried Livia for the first time I felt a difference right away not only was it relaxing it help with the lower back pain I get when I am on that time of the month. I am usually skeptical on stuff and I was when I bought Livia but I wanted to try it and I am glad I did. I loved it the relief I got amazing. I recommend Livia I told my friend about it to.

NOVery helpful product with some design flaws It’s a wonderful and helpful product for those of us suffering from period pain. You can put the pads on your belly or back, wherever it hurts. It’s a TENS device, which you should also be able to get from your doctor although I guess that’s not an option in many places. My only complaint with the Livia is the design which has some important flaws. The wire is too short, too fragile (breaks easily) and doesn’t stick in the device well enough, causing it to fall out. You really don’t want it to fall off into the toilet for instance… The battery life could also improve, same with the gel pads. I ended up buying a cheaper TENS device online that had these properties after my second attempt with Livia.

GBMenstrual cramp relief - finally! It's an amazing product that significantly decreases pain from period cramps. It makes it possible for me to get through my work day without taking an unhealthy amount of nsaids that i had been taking for relief. The company is very friendly and even replaced one for me free of charge. 10/10 I would recommend this to every menstruating woman.

AUThis product is nearly perfect This product is nearly perfect. It literally saves me from having to miss work or events. The only small downside is that the machine has to attach to your clothing and that can be a little tricky when using the bathroom.

NONo one working at customer support Update: I was now able to get a refund and I'm happy about that, I might give them a new chance in the future. I didn't receive my device the first time, not their fault as this thing can happen but they still drew the monthly fee even though I had no device. Finally they could reship but the device have still not left their facility and when I ask about it I don't really get an answer to when it will and it takes ages to get an answer from them. I can definitely forget about messenger and Instagram chat because I can't get an answer there. By mail I usually get one answer a day. When I tried to cancel my order I didn't even get an answer to it and it looks like there is no way I will get my money back. If it was possible I would give them -4 stars instead
