My daughter has struggled with severe… My daughter has struggled with severe Cramps. Livia has made the difference between her missing 2 to 3 days of school every month and going in with a smile on her face. I would guess the pain reduction is 30 to 70% from her reports.

Life changing. I got Livia when it first came out and it has been life-changing. I suffer from severe periods and extreme pelvic pain. These episodes happen so fast that Livia is the only thing that helps me. I've only had to replace my cords once and that's after biweekly use for over a year. Its settings vary so while I will comfortably rock the highest setting, others can start with the lowest level. The battery life seems good and the pads aren't bad to replace. I recommend this product to everyone woman. I can't recommend it enough.

The product itself is incredible The product itself is incredible. Works great for my stage 4 endometriosis when the painkillers aren't taking the egde off. The pad delivery is all over the place the the subscription which can be a little frustrating but customer service is always helpful

No one working at customer support Update: I was now able to get a refund and I'm happy about that, I might give them a new chance in the future. I didn't receive my device the first time, not their fault as this thing can happen but they still drew the monthly fee even though I had no device. Finally they could reship but the device have still not left their facility and when I ask about it I don't really get an answer to when it will and it takes ages to get an answer from them. I can definitely forget about messenger and Instagram chat because I can't get an answer there. By mail I usually get one answer a day. When I tried to cancel my order I didn't even get an answer to it and it looks like there is no way I will get my money back. If it was possible I would give them -4 stars instead
