GBDidn’t work & they spam you Not only did it not work, but I have been spammed by review requests for 3 years. I don’t understand why they are still emailing me to review this product after already using it, giving it a bad review, and attempting to unsubscribe from their emails.

GBMade my pain go away Made my pain go away! I have tried so many things to get rid of the stubborn pain I have every month, then I also have cystic ovaries which hurts more. Livia takes care of both pains, which is awesome, now I can go and live my life without staying curled up in bed at home!

ITGreat product, tips for a safe storage All great with the device, its confirmed benefits and the customer support, just if you purchase the product, make sure to store the flower pad cables not in the Livia square case or you will have to change them every 6 months. Livia square case is in fact small enough to contain the device, but it forces you to fold the little fragile cables until they gradually wear out and break. Once broken, the copper wires are exposed and if your skin or fingers are sweat, they could even harm you unless you patiently cover them with duct tape. Not a big problem though if you are American and you purchase a monthly subscription, cause of the warranty and the great customer-oriented assistance. The problem arises if you are foreigner and you have to pay customs on top of every replacement shipping. As a workaround to enlarge the lifespan of my device, I store the cables into a used glasses cases and my Livia into its small case. I hope in future Livia comes up with a solution to this problem either with a redesigned case or with reinforced cables.

GBMy daughter has struggled with severe… My daughter has struggled with severe Cramps. Livia has made the difference between her missing 2 to 3 days of school every month and going in with a smile on her face. I would guess the pain reduction is 30 to 70% from her reports.

NOVery helpful product with some design flaws It’s a wonderful and helpful product for those of us suffering from period pain. You can put the pads on your belly or back, wherever it hurts. It’s a TENS device, which you should also be able to get from your doctor although I guess that’s not an option in many places. My only complaint with the Livia is the design which has some important flaws. The wire is too short, too fragile (breaks easily) and doesn’t stick in the device well enough, causing it to fall out. You really don’t want it to fall off into the toilet for instance… The battery life could also improve, same with the gel pads. I ended up buying a cheaper TENS device online that had these properties after my second attempt with Livia.
