Shipping was extremely fast Shipping was extremely fast! The communication about the status of my order was also really good and kept me informed at every step. I got the Pillow Plus, and whilst it is comfortable, if you have a short neck, maybe the junior version would be more suitable.

I got the cooling one for my husband… I got the cooling one for my husband and the adjustable one for me. I did not need to adjust mine at all but that is ok because at least it is there if I need to. I could have saved a few dollars though. I can't say it is completely comfortable but I did sleep for the first time ever on a plane using it. The cooling one is soft and we want to love it, but it does not stay. It slides constantly to where we can't use it. So disappointing because it is nicely made.

Great customer service experience I purchased a Trtl Pillow Original. After noticing some loose threads on the velcro, I contacted Trtl support who responded almost immediately and promised to fix the situation. They offered either a discount to keep/repair the pillow myself or to return it for an exchange. I opted for an exchange and had a replacement within about a week. Great customer service, fully satisfied! So far the replacement has been great and seems comfortable, though I have yet to use it on a flight. It’s a bit awkward to wrap around your neck at first but once it’s in place, it feels fairly supportive. One odd thing is that the replacement came with a waterproof carry bag and was generally better packaged. My original order did not include this bag.

Travel must have for long haul flights Great order / delivery process. Received it just a few days after ordering. It definitely helped me sleeping longer stretches on my international 10 hour flights and (my personal biggest benefit) no neck pain from a head that bounces around :)
