I got the cooling one for my husband… I got the cooling one for my husband and the adjustable one for me. I did not need to adjust mine at all but that is ok because at least it is there if I need to. I could have saved a few dollars though. I can't say it is completely comfortable but I did sleep for the first time ever on a plane using it. The cooling one is soft and we want to love it, but it does not stay. It slides constantly to where we can't use it. So disappointing because it is nicely made.

Could never sleep on a plane until now!! I have never been able to sleep on a plane until I bought this. It is amazing! Bought for a flight to Barbados and slept for 6 hours solid! I wasn’t expecting much and took a gamble with it being much dearer than the others that are available but WOW! If you can’t sleep on long journeys this is definitely for you! Go out and buy one!!

Couldn’t have survived the red eye… Couldn’t have survived the red eye flight without the Trtl! Highly recommend!! Actually went into a deep sleep and dreamt!

Easy purchase via the Trtl website Easy purchase via the Trtl website, the neck pillow arrived as expected and provided easy instruction on wearing it. I'm a terrible long haul sleeper so I'm hoping this will do the trick on my 16hr trip to the Philippines! It definitely offers more support than the horseshoe pillows so I remain hopeful.
