Real Easy To Use I am.happy with the app. Real easy to use and great to store all clients detail information. Also expertise when it comes to the billing department. Customers services very friendly each time I called. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars rate due to having some issues with staff clocking in certain areas. Love the customer support team this app… Love the customer support team this app uses! First couple days I was confused but the support team responded quickly. I haven't had any problems that wasn't fixed with three hours.

The patience and customer service from… The patience and customer service from Tyrell is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and if he says he will call you back, he does. I've not had any additional problems or situations with the new system. Still learning all the systems and its qualities as needed. The only thing is that, the company is growing and I'm afraid, I won't get Tyrell as much when I need him. And I understand that, but he is a great representation of good quality customer service!
