So far all is Perfect!! Our trip is not over yet, but so far everything has been wonderful. Equipment came on time, packed well, complete, with carry bags for each piece of equipment. We are on a 3 week trip to Germany... so I have 1 portable oxygen concentrator with 5 large batteries, and 1 at home floor model concentrator. Plus cannulas. Easier than shoulder strap Received in a timely manner, price OK. Bag is a bit clumsy, hard to get at Inogen settings while wearing but working on it. May have trouble this winter getting waist strap to go around jacket, will have to see but so far pleased with it.
