I ordered the cart for my oxygen… I ordered the cart for my oxygen portable concentrator and it doesn’t quite fit like it should I think it could’ve been better design also I ordered it it did not tell me it was backordered.

I also purchased a second AC power supply. The cord connection should have been three prong but was two prong. Your employee brought the correct cord by my house on his way home, The only reason for a four star and not a five star is the issues with the unit.

So far all is Perfect!! Our trip is not over yet, but so far everything has been wonderful. Equipment came on time, packed well, complete, with carry bags for each piece of equipment. We are on a 3 week trip to Germany... so I have 1 portable oxygen concentrator with 5 large batteries, and 1 at home floor model concentrator. Plus cannulas.
