They contacted the company to find out and got back to me the same day. They kept me in the loop with shipping and also reached out to me to confirm receipt and to make sure everything was correct and working properly. Very impressed

We are so pleased with the Scoota… We are so pleased with the Scoota Trailer we ordered through Heavy Duty Mobility. We dealt with Raphael who could not have be nicer and more helpful. He stayed in close contact letting me know when the manufacturer received the order, when it was complete and when it shipped. The customer service was second to none.
